RAWALPINDI, September 15: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has termed the blasphemous American film a heinous conspiracy of enemies of Islam and an indecent act and termed it an open challenge to the honour and dignity of the religion and the Sharia. This was stated by him in a message on the beginning of ‘Ayyam Azmat-e-Islam’ being observed from Friday to Sunday throughout the country. He said it is binding for the whole nation and religions to protect the honour and dignity of Prophets, Messengers, signs attributed to Almighty Allah and the pious personalities of Islam and raise voice of protest against their desecration because when an oppressor commits oppression then the oppressed uses his right to protest.

Agha Moosavi said that objective of observing three-day Ayyam Azmat-e-Islam is to raise voice of protest against the satanic activities of those who are humiliating Islam and to highlight the honour and dignity of the signs attributed to Almighty Allah and the pious personalities of Islam. He lamented that at a time when atheist world was targeting Muslims and Muslim States, it is obligatory for the OIC to summon its emergent meeting to restore their credibility and by adopting the joint point of view that attack on any Islamic State will be considered as an attack on the whole Islamic World, terming any recognised Islamic schools of thought as non-Muslim should be considered as an attack on the whole Muslim nation.

The TNFJ chief said that the issue of the blasphemous movies, and desecrating images should be raised at the United Nations and such activities should be got stopped for ever while those who commit such activities should be taken to task by trying them at the International Court of Justice and given exemplary punishment and such a decision should be given at international level that no one gathers courage to commit such desecration in future again. He said all Muslim States including the motherland Pakistan should adopt condemning resolutions against that blasphemous movie and this issue should be raised at international forums.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that desecration of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), signs attributed to Almighty Allah and the pious personalities of Islam is an open challenge for the Islamic World that have to thwart such activities come what may through practical display of honour and courage. He appealed the people from all walks of life to participate in the Ayyam Azmat-e-Islam programmes and pay homage to those who lost their lives in incidents of terrorism, target killings and fire incidents in Karachi, Lahore and Gujranwala.
