“Youm E Baqir Ul Uloom” was commemorated with religious zeal and respect The ring leader of the colonial powers is causing harm to Pakistan from all around who has converted his war into Pakistan’s war; Hazrat Imam Mohammad Baqir was a source of great knowledge – Address of Qamar Zaidi and others to the Majalis RAWALPINDI, October 25: In accordance with the announcement of the Quaid e Milat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the martyrdom anniversary of the fifth heir of Imamat, Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) was commemorated with religious zeal and respect throughout the country. On this occasion the mourning assemblies were held in the mosques and Imam Barghas and Shabih e Taboot were taken out. While addressing to a mourning assembly arranged by Zakir Nazir Hussain Jaffri at Imam Bargah Qasr e Shabir Dhook Syadaan, Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi said that following the path of fifth heir of Imamat, Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) can not only help to reform the society but can also help to solve the problems and difficulties faced by the society. He reminded those present there that the head of the imperialistic and colonialist powers of this era and their agents have made life difficult for the oppressed nations and the Muslim nation who wish to target all Islamic states. He stressed upon the fact that Pakistan played the role of front line against a so called war on terrorism and as reward, the whole land of Pakistan was drencehed in the blood and they turrned their war into Pakistan’s war. He said that the head of the colonial powers is causing damage to Pakistan from all dimensions and the pity is that there is no one to care about it. He said that Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) is one of those great and pious beings who are loved by Allah Almighty. He said that because of his extraordinary knowledge he is called Baqir Ul Uloom (PBUH). He said that Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) was a treasure of knowledge and wisdom. Knowledgeable people like Imam Zuhri, Imam Auzai, Imam Malik and Imam Abu Hanifa were students of Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH). Syed Qamar Zaidi said that the eminent scholar Ibn Hajar Makki Suaaq have reported that Imam Muhammad Baqir (PBUH) is such a great and prominent treasure of knowledge and wisdom that only a blind or stupid can deny his position. Baqir Ul Uloom (PBUH) has said that the greatest virtue is doing good to the friends and greatest kindness is kindness with brothers. Allama Zaidi made it clear that to get rid of all the problems we must have to set ourselves free from colonial powers and their agents and by following the chosen people of Almighty, we will have to prostate to Allah instead of prostrating before colonial powers. Only this can bring prosperity and salvation. Moulana Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari, Zakir Kifayat Hussain Shah, Zakir Malik Mudassir Abbas, Zakir Waqar Abbas, Zakir Farhat Abbas Kazmi and other Ullema also addressed the assembly. At the end of the assembly Shabih e Taboot were taken out. Different Matami associations carried out Matam Dari. Allama Syed Matloob Hussain Taqi addressed a mourning assembly in connection with “Youm E Baqir Ul Uloom” at darbar Sakhi Shah Piyara. At Imam Bargah Qasr E Abu Talib a mourning assembly was also arranged which was addressed by Syed Mohsin Ali Hamdani and Qazi Mazhar Hussain Karbalai.
