Arrangements of Muharram programs finalized in a meeting of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Rawalpindi; Mourners will act in accordance with the policy given by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi - Address of Syed Tayyab Raza Moosavi

RAWALPINDI, November 15: A meeting of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Rawalpindi, to finalize the arrangements for Muharram ul Haram was held today that was presided over by the president of The TNFJ Rawalpindi Cantt, Syed Tayyab Raza Moosavi. On this occasion, the caretakers of Imam Bargahs, promoters of Majalis e Aza and license holders of the mourning processions presented their suggestions and highlighted the matters and issues related to the Azadari.

While addressing to the meeting, Syed Tayyab Raza Moosavi said that the respect and sacredness of Muharram is well established not only amongst Muslims but even non-Muslims also love Imam Hussain (PBUH) as by offering the great and unmatchable sacrifices of his own and his faithful companions in the desert of Karbala, Imam Hussain (PBUH) protected the core values of the humanity. He stressed that the Shias of Rawalpindi are lucky to have the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi as a resident of their district whose wisdom and spirituality has established an environment of Shia Sunni brotherhood throughout the country. Syed Tayyab Raza Moosavi demanded from the government to ensure compliance to the Anti-terrorism act by taking notice of the activities of banned organizations who are using new names while their ledgers and financial records must be checked through the National Accountability Bureau. Moreover, protest at diplomatic levels must be made against those foreign states who are sponsoring these banned organizations. Tayyab Moosavi appreciated the suggestions presented by the organizers of Majalis e Aza, mourners and license holders and ensured them of his full efforts to resolve them in coordination with the Cantt. administration.

Participants of the meeting unanimously passed a resolution to pledge that Muharram ul Haram is the month of Azadari of the leader of martyrs Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) therefore, programs of Azadari will not be compromised for political interests of anyone. Another resolution demanded from the government to take concrete actions against the deteriorated situation of law and order in Karachi and Quetta. The resolution also stressed on the mourners to present condolences in the courts of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and his pious progeny (PBUT) in a very peaceful manner while keep vigilant eye on the miscreants. The participants of the meeting pledge to act in accordance with the Muharram policy given by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. The meeting was attended by the General Secretary of TNFJ Cantt. Sajjad Yousuf Bangash, Press Secretary Asad Hamdani, President of Imambargah Qasr e Shabbir Dhok Syedan Syed Asghar Hussain Kazmi, leader of Matami organization Ghulaman e Abu Talib (PBUH) Ishtiaq Jafari, leader of Matami organization Khushboo e Aal e Imran Arshad Bhatti, leader of Matami Organization Babul Hawaaij Ghayyur ul Hassan Naqvi, leader of Matami Organization Farogh e Azadari Dhok Ratta, Malik Mazhar Abbas, leader of Qadeemi Matami organization Musafira e Shaam Peer Garoti Syed Zaigham Abbas Kazmi, leader of Matami organization Multani Muhalla, Muhammad Ali Saleem, care taker of Imam Bargah Fatimia Ali Hassan Dar, Syed Mumtaz Hussain Shah People colony, Shehzad Kazmi Chuhar harpaal, Akbar Abbas Hamdani Muhalla Ghazi Abad, Syed Chaman Shah Rizwi, Syed Zulfiqar Hussain Hamdani, and other members of the organization.
