ISLAMABAD, November 12: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said the tension about limits and jurisdiction amongst the national institutions could become the cause of riot and arson, the judiciary enjoys supremacy over other institutions and other institutions should respect it and also draw respect under the principle of ‘be kind and get kindness’. The institutions are entangling with each other but there is no one to take care of the people. Ghadeer is the sign of completion of religion while Mobahila is the symbol of Islam’s victory and it is obligatory for all Kalma saying people to keep these symbols alive. The only solution to problems Islam and Pakistan are confronted with is to convert to Allah and seek His forgiveness. This was stated by him while addressing the Mehfil Ghadeer-o-Mobahila and the revelation of the verse "Hal Atta".

Agha Moosavi expressed grave concern over the strong wave of terrorism going on in Karachi and Quetta, he said terrorism could only be checked when the noose is tightened around more than two and a half dozen banned terrorist organisations. He said getting Pakistan’s foreign policy rid of American influence is the need of the hour and key to the solution of national problems. Therefore, he added, the NATO supplies should be stopped and drone attacks should be get discontinued and good relations should be developed with neighbouring countries while efforts should be made that we have more friends than foes but in the meantime we should not bargain on our rights.

The TNFJ chief said by the Grace of God, the official religion of Pakistan is Islam and under the Article 227 the explanation of it would be according to the Holy Quran and the traditions of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that is honoured by the respective schools of thought. He said the judiciary enjoys supremacy over all other institutions like the judiciary enjoys this status in every country today. If one who makes law has the right to explain it and if he gives this right to explain to anyone else then he can also explain like the judiciary has been given this right. But if the judiciary hesitates in making any explanation then it would have to return to the parliament.

Agha Moosavi said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) was delivering a great sermon on 18 Zilhijj, Hijra 10 at the place called Khum-e-Ghadeer. During this address, he held the arm of Ali (PBUH) and following the commandment of Allah raised it and said “Ali is the Maula of those, I am the Maula of whom”. After it, he (PBUH & HHP) prayed, Oh, Allah! Keep the one friend who keeps him friend and keep enmity with the one who keeps enmity with him. Hazrat Omer Ibne Khattab (R.A.) came forward from the huge crowd present there and greeted Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH) on award Walayat status and Allah gave the good news to the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) that the religion has been completed today. Therefore Islam is the religion and Shariat is the Shariat-e-Muhammadi.

The TNFJ chief said in Hijra 9, when the leaders of the Christianity who were residing in Najran and had refused to all arguments about Islam, there came the commandment for Mobahila with them that is mentioned in Surah Aal-e-Imran. He said when the Punjtan Pak appeared before the Nasara-e-Najran, they foresaw their charismatic personalities and refused to engage in Mobahil and expressed their readiness to pay ‘Jazia’ instead saying that if these personalities point towards the mountain, it would move from its place. In other words, the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) made it clear on the world that the Punjtan Pak (PBUT)are truthful.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi while stating the Shan-e-Nazool of Surah Hal Atta said that when Hasnain (PBUT) fell ill and the Holy Prophet’s (PBUH & HHP) family kept fasts for their health; Some poor, orphans and prisoners came at Iftaar and the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) distributed all Iftar articles amongst them and it went on like this for three continuous days. There is no example of such sacrifice in the universe and Allah sent Sura Hal Atta in recognition of this deed. He said we should also give priority to the oppressed and have-nots who are facing oppression and brutalities. The woes of the oppressed and have-nots could only be overcome by inculcating the spirit of sacrifice, he added.
