The fake murder case against the officials of the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat should be revoked forthwith

The real culprits behind the firing incident outside Aabpara Police station should be brought to justice; the shrines of the Godly people must be made free from the usurp mafia; The Punjab government must not delay the release of Allama Nasir Abbas – the demand of thousands of the paricipants of the Majlis e Aza held at Qasr e Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH)

ISLAMABAD, May 29: An annual Majlis e Aza was held under the auspices of Syed Mazhar Hussain Shah Kazmi and brothers at Markazi Imam Bargah Qasr e Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH), Saddat Colony, I-10/4 Islamabad in which thousands of Azadars participated. The participants of the Majlis demanded from the government, the withdrawal of the fake murder case against the officials of the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat forwith and demanded that the real culprits behind the firing incident outside Aabpara Police station should be brought to justice; a severe action must be taken against those who attacked the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah and caused blasphemy against the Holy Quran and Aalam Mubarak. They also demanded that the religious artefact stolen from the shrine must be recovered from the criminals.

A resolution presented by Chaudhry Abu Baidar mentioned the fact that the attack on the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah in Islamabad on 20^th of April this year is not an issue of Sunni Shia or Brelvi school of thought but it is a matter of dignity of the shrines of the Godly people and usurp mafia. The administration should take notice of the insult caused to the dignity of the Holy Quran, the Holy Prophet and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) and should deal with criminals according to the law of the land; the shrine of Bari Imam must be opened for pilgrims after swift completion of the Bari Imam complex and the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah must be built majesticaly. Since the creation of Pakistan, these shrines are neglected because of their association with the Saddaat families. The both shrines must be freed from the clutches of the usurp mafia and their historical identity must be kept intact; alterations to their identity no matter how minor they are will not be allowed which may cause disorder.

In the resolution it was demanded from the Punjab government that the secretary general of Tehreek Tahafaz e Wala O Aza O Azmat e Saddaat must be freed forthwith and false case registered against him must be revoked immediately otherwise the government will be responsible for the consequences.

In the resolution it was stressed on the government that it should stop the illegal distribution of 96 Kanal land belonging to the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah. The CDA and Auqaf are not allowed to use this piece of land for any other purposes because without the permission of the trustees its use is illegal according to the Sharia. In the resolution it was demanded that Pakistan is the blessing of the saintly people and therefore no compromise will be made on their dignity.

Shoukat Raza Shoukat, Allama Jaffar Jatoi, Allama Ikhlaq Hussain Kazmi and other renowned Ulema and Zakreen also addressed to the Majlis.
