A huge protest of Tanzeem Shia Aaima Masajid against the blasphemy of the Holy Quran and attack on the Shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Bahdshah (R.A)

Terry Jones once again challenged the dignity of the Muslim nation which is an invitation to the wrath of Allah; criminals who are involved in the attack on the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Bahdshah should immediately be arrested and be given exemplary punishments; the false murder case against the noble people of Tahafuz e Hurmat e Mazaraat Committee should immediately be revoked and those officials who are playing in the hands of usurp-mafia should immediately be removed from their offices; If justice is not delivered then responsibility of the consequences will lie upon the government -  approval of the resolutions during Friday congregations

ISLAMABAD, May 5: On the appeal of Tanzeem Aima Shia Masajid, Universal Days of the respected Mother of Hazrat Abbas e Alamdar (PBUT) were observed in the capital city Islamabad likewise all the other cities and towns of the country. On this occasion during the Friday congregations, huge protest was raised against the cursed American priest Terry Jones who once again blasphemed the depiction of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and the Holy Quran, and those who insulted the Holy Quran, the names of Panjtan Pak (PBUT) and the Alam Pak during an attack of mob on the shrine of the father of Imam Barri Sarkar, Sakhi Mahmood Bahdshah (R.A). The protest was also raised against the fake case of murder against the members of Tahafuz e Hurmat e Mazaraat committee in the Abpara Police Station. Ullema and Waizeen highlighted the importance of brotherhood and fraternity and highlighted the sacrifices of the respected mother of Hazrat Abbas e Alamdar Hazrat Ummul Baneen (PBUH) for the greater cause of Islam and brightening the position and respect of women in Islam.

While addressing the congregation at the central office of Tanzeem, Hujatul Islam Syed Hussain Kazmi said that Terry Jones, by insulting the Holy Quran once again, challenged the dignity and honour of the Muslim nation which is an invitation to the wrath of Allah. He said that to revive the spirit in the protest against the insult of the Prophethood by non Muslims, it is essential to give exemplary punishments to those criminals who insulted the signs attributed to Islam during an attack on the shrine of the father of the spiritual leader Hazrat Barri Sarkar (R.A), Sakhi Mahmood Bahd’shah in Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan a country which is earned in the name of Islam.

In the Jamia mosque of Shah Chan Charagh Rawalpindi, thousands of participants approved a resolution presented by Agha Rizvi in the echo of slogans in which it was reiterated that if the whole Umma united under the banner of brotherhood, demonstrates fraternity and protects the signs of the Holy Prophet, saints, pious and spiritual leaders, the infidel world could never have dared to blaspheme the Quran, the Holy Prophet and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) and his pious companions. But in fact Muslim countries themselves do not respect the signs of Islam, and this is clearly evident in Pakistan. Attacks on the tombs of Abdullah Shah Ghazi in Karachi, Sakhi Sarwar in Dara Ghazi Khan, Data Darbar in Lahore and bomb blast at the Tomb of Barri Sarkar were attempts to destroy the divine grace of these sacred places. In the capital city of Pakistan; Islamabad, the Tomb of Sakhi Mahmood Bahd’shah has been presenting its poor condition while the worthless security measures led to the desecration of this tomb and sacraments because of a few mischief makers on 20^th of April. Moreover, instead of taking action against those who were involved in this blasphemous act, police filed a false report of murder against the noble members of Tahafuz e Hurmat e Mazaraat committee. Subsequently cases were also filed against those who held a press conference condemning the incidents even though, for a long time, Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazaraat committee has been trying unsuccessfully to draw attention of the members of Oqaaf to AC and SHO and to those who are causing insult to these sacred places.  

Even after the recent incidents police have shown a reluctance to file FIR against those who hijacked the Mazaar and did not file a case, while under the pressure of usurp-mafia a false case of murder in front of the police station was filed against Tahafuz e Mazaarat Committee. Now police are harassing the households of the officials, and even minor students who have to appear for exams are being kept in captivity - which is the ultimate oppression.  

It was demanded in the resolution to arrest those who are secretly protecting the mafia, to make inquiries made into the backgrounds of those people who are occupying these shrines illegally and to remove immediately from office the officials who are involved in this criminal act. In the resolution it was stressed that our noble attitude should never be taken as a sign of our weakness but that we keep the solidarity of our country above all else. It was also reminded in the resolution that if justice is not delivered then the responsibility of the consequences will lie upon the government. Great grief and anxiety was expressed over the fact that resolutions in the National Assembly and senate were not approved against the cursed American priest who burnt the copies of the Holy Quran and declared it against the ideology of Pakistan. The demand was also made to restore the dignity of the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Bahd’shah, to administer the affairs of the shrine according to the will of the trustees and that the false cases against the officials of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat committee should immediately be revoked.  

The government was also asked not to delay this sensitive matter any further. In the resolution the pledge was made that no one will be allowed to cause harm to the peaceful environment of Islamabad and every conspiracy of the enemy will be failed through mutual brotherhood and consensus.
