In order to get freedom from the enemies of Islam, the spirit of sacrifice of Hazrat Ummal Banin (PBUH) must be elevated in hearts

The culprits behind the attack on the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah must be brought to justice; the fake case of murder against the officials of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat Committee must be revoked; before protesting against the American priest the blasphemous Terry Jones, those who insulted the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) in Pakistan must be brought to justice – Address of Qamar Zaidi, Mufti Zahiri and Shahzad Sandhi to the Majalis of Ayyame Madre Abbas (PBUH)

RAWALPINDI, May 4: As per the directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Moosavi, programmes of Ayyam e Madre Abbas (PBUH) in connection with the death anniversary of the mother of Hazrat Abbas, Hazrat Ummal Banin (PBUH) continued on Thursday. On this occasion Majalis e Aza and Matamdari were held across the country at different Imam Bargahaz and Azakhanaz under the auspices of religious and Matami organizations and institutions.

Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi while addressing to a Majlis e Aza organized by Imran Haidery, Malik Tauqeer and Malik Babir at Imam Bargah Qasr e Abbas (PBUH), Moza Soad, Adiala Road, said that it is sufficient for the courage and bravery of the mother of Hazrat Abbas (PBUH) that when she was given a news of martyrdom of her four sons in Karbala she asked, first give me the news of Imam Hussain (PBUH; this instance is a clear proof of her love and affection with Imam Hussain (PBUH) and also proves the heights of piety and abstinence she was enjoying. Allama Zaidi said that in order to get freedom from the oppression, barbarity and terrorism of the colonial powers, the mother all around the world will have to elevate the spirit of sacrifice of Hazrat Ummal Banin (PBUH) in their hearts. Zakir Syed Amjad Hussain and Zakir Syed Karam Hussain Hakimaal also addressed the Majlis. Prior to the Majlis a procession of Alam Pak was carried out from the residence of Malik Sabir Hussain and Adnan Haidery, which after passing through its designated route via Darbar Sakhi Satar Badshah Hamdani terminated at Imam Bargah Qasr e Abbas (PBUH).  

Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri while addressing to a Majlis e Aza held at Imam Bargah Zainul Aza said that Hazrat Ummal Banin (PBUH) was from that Arab tribe which was famous for its courage and bravery; she brought up Hazrat Abual Fazal Al Abbas (PBUH) who by sacrificing his life on the plane of Karbala set an unmatchable example of loyalty with Imam Hussain (PBUH). 

A Majlis e Aza was held under the auspices of Haeyat Tulbae Islamia at Ali Hall. Moulana Shahzad Hussain Sandhi while addressing to the Majlis said that the pious ladies of the household of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) brought up such great children on their lap, which became the guarantee of the safety and strength of Islam and humanity. On this occasion the participants of Majlis approved a resolution in which the policy adopted by the rulers and the politicians for pinning each other down was condemned and reminded that this type of behaviour will only be beneficial for the enemy of the motherland and the religion. In the resolution it was emphasized on a fact that the terrorism in Balouchistan and all over the motherland is the out come of the dictatorship era of general Zia and the responsibility of this mess lies on the shoulder of those political parties which were enjoying the fruit of Zia’s dictatorship in the senate and the assemblies, who could never otherwise reach to the parliament with the public votes. In the resolution it was demanded from the government that those criminals who insulted the Holy Quran, the names of the Holy Prophet and his Holy Progeny (PBUT), Alam Mubarak and other religious artefact during the attack on the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah on 20^th April must be brought to justice, should be given exemplary punishments and the compensation should be paid for the losses. In the resolution it was reminded that before protesting against the blasphemous actions of the American priest Terry Jones, those who insulted the Holy Quran and the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) in Pakistan, which came into being on the name of Islam, bringing them to justice is the duty of the government and if this responsibility is not carried out properly then it will be equivalent to asking for the wrath of Almighty Allah.  

In the resolution the participants insisted on revoking the bogus case of murder against the officials of Tahfaze Hurmat e Mazarat Committee, which was registered in Abpara police station; the demand of bringing the real criminals to justice was also made. On this occasion the participants of the Majlis reiterated their resolve that the usurpers of the shrine (the Qabza Mafia) will not be allowed to disturb the religious harmony in the federal capital and while following the teachings of the Godly people the conspiracy of fanning sectarianism in the Potowar region will not be allowed.
