The Incident of Kohistan is the incapability of the secret agencies and the failure of the government; the Chief Justice of Pakistan should take notice of these heinous crimes; Hazrat Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) was the symbol of generosity – Address of Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate to the gathering at the beginning of Alamgheer Ayyam Al Askari RAWALPINDI, March 1: As per the directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the “Universal Days of Al Askari” to celebrate the birth anniversary of Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) commenced on Wednesday. On this occasion Ulema O Zakreen addressed to the Mahafil throughout the country as well as the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. A special festive function was organized by Faroogh e Hussainiat at Imam Bargah Zain ul Aza. The general secretary of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate while addressing to the gathering said that those rulers who were obsessive of oppression and barbarity tried every trick in the book to shift Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) from the righteous path but they could not succeeded. Imam (PBUH) kept the Monotheism and the Sharia of Mohammad (PBUH & HHP) high with his pious course of actions, which is a great example to be followed in every era. Syed Mazhar Ali Shah while taking into consideration the continued terrorism in the country as the incapability of the national security agencies condemned the loss of lives of innocent people of Gilgit and Baltistan in the incident of Kohistan. He said that not providing the security to the passengers on the highly sensitive and dangerous route and leaving them on the behest of criminals and terrorists is condemnable. He said that the international terrorist utilizing all its energies to thrive prejudice in the Muslim countries through its agents so that the heinous agenda, which it wants to accomplish may be completed by shedding blood of different sections of the society and by engaging them to fight with each other. It is therefore very important to understand the conspiracy of the colonial power in this regard. The general secretary of the TNFJ said that our happiness and suffering are shared; all the sections of the society work mutually and the pious obligation of defending the external and internal dangers also carried out cohesively. He said that after setting up the pace of continuous target killings in Karachi and Balouchistan, a suicide blast was initiated in the Bazaar of Parachanar, after that, terrorists’ activities took place in Peshawar, subsequently after the rally of the political party a suicide attack took place in which scores of innocent citizens lost their lives and yesterday passengers were taken off the coach in the district Kohistan and were killed point blank which is the failure of the government. He expressed his grave grief that the Chief Justice who takes notice of even minor incidents is failing to take any notice of loss of scores of lives by the hands of terrorists which is a cause of concern. He condemned the behaviour of the media who only provides coverage to the reactions of the banned groups and incidents of carnage and mayhem while the reactions of the peace loving forces and those who give their opinion on the basis of reality are suppressed which is disgraceful. Mazhar Ali Shah while considering insufficient the condemnation of the United Nations on the incident of Kohistan said that the international organizations while taking the notice of terrorism in Pakistan should take actions against America and its allies; furthermore it should also condemned the resolution of American Congress concerning Balouchistan. He said that why America feels the pain of the movements of self-determination in the Muslim states only and why couldn’t realize the same in the western countries and why she is turning the blind eye on the oppression and the barbarity in Kashmir and Palestine by the hands of India and Israel. He said that the harsh attitude of the international organizations with the Muslim countries proves that the whole game is being played to please America, who is sponsoring the dance of death on the name of linguistic and regional differences and some times on the name of religion and sections of society. He reminded that it is the law of the nature that when oppression exceeds its limits it becomes self-destructive therefore it does not matter how much energies the playing tools and the stooges of the colonial powers utilize they will not be successful in their heinous crimes. He demanded from the government to bring to justice the culprits of the incident of Kohistan immediately and serve them with exemplary punishments.
