Worldwide Ayyam e Babul Hawaej started, Majalis e Aza and Matami procession held across the country

RAWALPINDI, June 15: As per the announcement of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Musa Al Kazim (PBUH), the seventh heir of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), started on Thursday throughout the country and worldwide. On this occasion, Majalis e Aza were held which were followed by Matam Dari in the Aza Khanas and Imam Bargahas of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and federal capital Islamabad under the auspices of different religious, and Matami organizations. In their addresses, Ulema and scholars highlighted the pious character of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH). A procession of taboot was organized by the Matami organization Al-Hussain which was brought out from the residence of Syed Aqeel Abbas Kazmi. Before the procession, while addressing to the Majlis e Babul Hawaej, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that the whole life of Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) was full of courage, valor, and persistence. . Dictators and oppressors of his time tried every tactic in the book but could not bow him down. Due to this, he had to accept imprisonment, oppression and barbarity at the hands of the tyrant rulers with great patience, and proved that offering life in the way of Allah, for the protection of the religion and to dignify humanity is a way of life for the courageous supporters of truth. In their books, martyrdom is interpreted as eternal life for which they are always ready, believing martyrdom to be the pinnacle of worship.

Syed Qamar Zaidi said that Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) used to remain in the state of prayers and worship and thanked Almighty Allah for the prison where he could keep offering prayers. He further said that the pious character of Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) is a beacon of light for the oppressed humanity. On this occasion, a resolution was passed to condemn the continuous incidents of terrorism and target killing in Quetta and Karachi and termed it as a result of the government’s failure and flinching policies. The resolution demanded a concrete action against the banned organizations for the dream of peace to come true. After the Majlis e Aza the procession of Taboot was brought out which after passing through its designated routes, concluded at the Imam Bargah Qasr e Shabbir. On this occasion different Matami organizations participated in the Matamdari.

While addressing to a Majlis e Babul Hawaej, held under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam and Ummal Banin WF, professor Tehseen Kubra said that Hazrat Imam Musa Kazmi (PBUH) was a symbol of faith, and piety. Sheherbano Naqvi said that Hazrat Imam Musa Kazim (PBUH) was the true heir of the holy Prophet (PBUH) about whom the author of Yanabi ul Mawadat writes that Abul Hassan Moosa Kazmi bin Jafar e Sadiq (PBUH) was a very pious, gracious, and knowledgeable person whose Laqab was Abd e Saleh, who used to perform Sajda from the dawn to dusk in the prison. She said that the whole Islamic world is under the influence of the international colonial powers while Muslims are being oppressed, therefore, in order to get rid of the clutches of the colonial powers, the pious character of Hazrat Imam Musa Kazmi (PBUH) must be followed. The daughters of Hashmi offered Marsia Khwani on this occasion.
