In order to defeat the enemies of the religion and the motherland the pious character of Imam Ali the victor of Khyber (PBUH) must be followed

The government should immediately revoke the false murder case registered against the officials of the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat and should bring the real criminals to justice; the name of Imam Ali (PBUH) is a symbol of victory – Address of Qamar Zaidi, Sajjad Shumari, Naveed Ashiq BA and others to the Jashan e Murtazavi

RAWALPINDI, June 6: An annual grand festive function in connection with the birth anniversary of the leader of the faithful Imam Ai Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH) was held under the auspices of Anjuman e Mujahideen Hussaini at Imam Bargah Qasr e Kazmiya Jasol Seydan. On this occasion while addressing to the participants, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, the secretary information of the TNFJ said that the pious life of Haider e Karar (PBUH) is a unique and best example for humanity to follow. He underlined a fact that it is a matter of great honour for the Armed Forces of Pakistan that it’s biggest meddle for bravery is Nishan e Haider. He said that the name of Imam Ali (PBUH) is a symbol of victory in a battlefield even today. Allama Zaidi said that despite having numerous TV Channels, ignoring of the birth anniversary of the pious personality of Islam Imam Ali (PBUH) who is respected unanimously by all Muslims and for not printing special editions on this festive occasion by newspapers is a matter of grave grief. He stressed that to conquer today’s Khyber and to confront the Marhab o Antar of our times, it is mandatory to follow the pious footsteps of Hazrat Ali Ibn e Abi Talib (PBUH).  

The thousands of the participants of Jashan approved resolutions presented by Syed Naseem ul Saqlaen Kazmi in which protest was raised that on 13^th of April 2012 the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah, the father of Sultanul Fuqara Syed Bari Shah Lateef Kazmi Al Mash’hadi was attacked and blasphemy was caused against the Prophethood and the Holy Progeny of the Holy Prophet (PBUT); the Alam e Hussaini (a flag associated with Imam Hussain (PBUH)) was also set alight. The AC city Islamabad himself visited the shrine and witnessed the incident but the FIR of this heinous crime was not registered till this date. Subsequently on 20^th of April 2012 the same crime of insulting the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP), his Holy Family (PBUT) and the Holy Quran was repeated, 15 Alam Pak Hussaini were broken into pieces their flags were trampled over and while setting alight, the mob took them away. 

In the resolution it was reminded that the insult caused to the Prophethood which was witnessed by the SP city Islamabad, SHO Aabpara and other officials of Islamabad administration; when FIR of this crime was registered, the article 295 C (the article of insult against the Prophethood) was also mentioned in the FIR but some time later that night this article was omitted from the original FIR, not only that, the leaders of the culprits of this heinous crime Dr Azhar and Gul Zaman who were caught red handed were also released from the Aabpara Police Station. These criminals and their hundred accomplices who committed blasphemy against the Prophethood were not re-arrested. 

According to the witnesses when a mob attacked Aabpara Police Station in order to free their accomplices of the crime of blasphemy against the Prophethood, an exchange of fire took place between the Police and the mob as a result of which three people were injured and one of them later died due to the severe injuries. The police registered a case of this incident against the innocent officials of the Committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat on the basis that this incident took place on their desires.

In the resolution it was demanded that the government should immediately revoke the false murder case registered against the officials of the committee of Tahafaz e Hurmat e Mazarat and should bring the real criminals to justice. It was also demanded from the government that it should immediately take actions against those lobbies and officials of Islamabad administration who are supporting the usurp mafia and the matter should be investigated that those who are occupying these shrines illegally where have they come from and who have installed them there? It was also demanded in the resolution that these shrines must be freed from the clutches of usurp mafia and those officials who have become play tools in their hands should also be removed from their offices.  It was reminded in the resolution that our politeness must not be taken as our weakness since we keep the safety of the motherland dear over everything else. If the norm of justice and fair play are not fulfilled than the responsibility of the consequence lies on the government.
