RAWALPINDI, January 17: A meeting of Central Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek e Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya was held that was presided by Central Convener Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari to analyze the Azadari programs held across the country form 1st of Muharram ul Haram to the Chehlum of Imam Hussain (pbuh). While addressing to the meeting Syed Shujaat Bukhari said that besides a few number of places, the overall exhibition of unity, and solidarity by all the schools of thought is much appreciable which has practically proved that there exists no dispute amongst different schools of thought in the country while the terrorism and target killings which have become the order of the day is a conspiracy of the enemies of Islam and Pakistan.  

He expressed his great sorrow on the incidents of terrorism in Khanpur and firing on an Imambargah in Hub Balouchistan and termed those incidents as a proof of the government’s failure. He said that the Muharram Azadari Cells of TNFJ at provincial, and regional levels while the duties performed by Mukhtar Force and Ibrahim scouts in cooperation with the administrative authorities is worth praising and proves that if we cooperate for good, no external influence could disintegrate us. While expressing gratitude for all schools of thought, Shujaat Bukhari termed the incident of arrest of terrorists in Rawalpindi’s Chehlum procession at the hands of Mukhtar Force as a great achievement and lesson for the whole nation. He said that it is time that the nation abandons the dual policy and get attached with its real center so that its.  

He reminded that the process of Azadari will continue till 8th of Rabi ul Awal which also includes the programs of Hafta e Azmat e Mustafa o Mujtaba from 23rd to 29th Safar ul Muzarffar and Hafta e Ehd o Paiman from 2nd Rabi ul Awal to 8th of Rabi ul Awal therefore, Azadari cells of TNFJ will also remain open to receive complaints and problems of Azadars from across the country. He appealed to the nation to adopt productive policy without getting indulged in negativity and prefer Azadari on everything else as Azadari is our jugular vein. He demanded from the Punjab government to act swiftly and bring the terrorists behind Khanpur incident to justice, ensure best quality of medical treatment for the wounded while cooperate logistically, and financially with the relatives of the martyrs of the incident. He said that we must keep this in mind that the followers of Aal e Muhammad never prefer their own grieves over the mourning of Imam Hussain (PBUH) while setting aside the mourning of their own beloved ones till 8th of Rabi ul Awal. Therefore, the mourning customs of all the martyrs of the terrorism will be observed after 8th Rabi ul Awal. He made it clear that Muharram Committee Azadari Cells are open 24/7 and therefore can be contacted any time. On this occasion he expressed gratitude to all those who cooperated in the programs of Azadari including administrative authorities, and electronic and print media while also expressed dissatisfaction for some of the elements in media who did not gave proper coverage to the Azadari programs of Chehlum e Imam Hussain (PBUH) and termed it as a food for thought. Syed Bu Ali Mehdi, Syed Wajih Kazim and Syed Ajmal Hassan Naqvi also addressed the meeting.
