In order to pull the motherland out of the political swamp, the Judiciary should adopt the Justice of Murtaza (PBUH) – Hamid Moosavi

Adoption of lifestyle of Chief Justice of humanity, the religion and Sharia Hazrat Imam Ali (PBUH) is a death knell for oppression, barbarity and dictatorship; Imam Zamin (PBUH) proved through his pious character and actions that we cannot be scared by captivity or murder because martyrdom is blessing for us; the public should differentiate between enemy and friends; the course of action taken should be that which can defeat the conspiracies of the enemies – The address of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya on the martyrdom anniversary of Imam e Zamin (PBUH) 

RAWALPINDI, January 12: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the Supreme Court may follow the Justice of Murtaza (PBUH) by taking a lesson from the decisions made by the grandfather of Ali Bin Musa Al-Raza (PBUH) Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH), the Chief Justice of humanity, religion and Sharia which is the death knell for oppression, barbarism and tyranny. He stated this in a special message issued on the occasion of “the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (PBUH)” marking the conclusion of the Hafta Aseeran-e-Karbala that is being observed with religious spirit, devotion and respect on Thursday. 

Agha Moosavi said that the motherland is already surrounded by the internal and external problems and unfortunately now a heinous play has been started to entangle parliament, the judiciary and administration with each other so that they may not remain coherent with each other as a result of which the country has entered war conditions and people are now more embroiled in problems and difficulties. He expressed grave concern that the incidents of murder, massacre, terrorism, target killings, gas and power load shedding have made the life of the people difficult. The situation has reached such an extent that the nation has been disappointed by the rulers, politicians, and leaders and is banking on the judiciary to play a decisive role in the present complex situation. 

The TNFJ chief said that the objective of the Messengers and the Prophets of Almighty Allah  (PBUT) was to preach the message of Monotheism as a punishment for which they had to face a host of difficulties and problems and became the target of the tyrant rulers in every era; but no tyrant ruler could stop them from their Godly mission. He made it clear that the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) also started preaching by saying pronounce that there is no God but Almighty Allah and you will be successful because Monotheism can save humanity from disgrace and humility and turn this world into a hub of peace, and the same had been the habit of his Vicegerents (PBUT). He said that the grandson of the Holy Prophet Imam Hussain (PBUH) laid down his life along with his 72 die-hard near and dear ones for the protection of the same Kalma-e-Tauheed while Hazrat Zainab and Hazrat Zainul Abideen (PBUT), by delivering heart-rending addresses in the streets of Kufa and Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziad and Yazid, illuminated the message of Islam and proved that the foundation of Islam lies upon the belief of Monotheism and for the protection of the same belief Imam Hussain (PBUH) sacrificed his life which was accepted by Almighty Allah as the greatest Sacrifice (Zibhe Azeem).

Agha Moosavi said that once the great personality of this pious family, Hazrat Imam Ali Raza (PBUH) was travelling through Neeshapur when few learned people requested Imam (PBUH) to narrate a tradition of His Grandfather The Holy Prophet of Islam so that they could write it. Imam Zamin (PBUH), who was wearing a simple dress, took off the veil from his face. Upon seeing his face the crowd became silent; Imam e Zamin (PBUH) narrated a tradition, which is called “Silslatul Zahab”, which is, “the word of La Ilaha Illa al-Allah is my fortress (then whoever says this has entered my fortress) and whoever enters my fortress will be saved from my punishment. The Imam paused and then continued, But with some conditions and I am one of its conditions. This means that salvation from punishment of Almighty Allah depends upon the condition of Walayat, which is a complete and comprehensive system of Monotheism.  

Agha Moosavi said that the dictatorial and tyrant rulers tried to divert the pious personalities of Islam from preaching the righteous path utilising all their energy in every era, and the same was done to Hazrat Imam Raza (PBUH) but he proved through his character and deeds that they cannot be made afraid through goal and murder because giving away life and kissing martyrdom for the righteous cause is their habit and blessing. He said the sayings of such holy personalities deserve to be written in gold. There is a saying of the Imam-e-Zamin (PBUH) that goes: No person could fulfil the factual requirement of faith unless he carries three qualities — (1) Deep knowledge about religion and Sharia; (2) Adoption of best option in life; and (3) Keeping patience and forbearance in problems and difficulties. 

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi called upon the rulers to take such practical steps to may thwart the conspiracies of enemies of the religion and motherland, root out incidents of murder, massacre, terrorism, and make an end to fear and harassment forever. Thus the citizens of Pakistan may live in peace and the holiest days of Arbaeen-e-Hussain, Hafta-e-Aza, Hafta Ehad-o-Paiman, and processions of Milad-un-Nabi can be organised peacefully. On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali Raza (PBUH), he presented his condolences to the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and reiterated his resolve to continue his practical struggle for the mission of Muhammad (PBUH & HHP) and his holy Progeny (PBUT).
