The colonial powers are afraid of the message of Hussainiat, the real spirit of Islam – Syed Qamar Zaidi

The sacrifices made by the pious family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) gave eternal life to Islam; the evil powers cannot harm the message of truth; the captives of Karbala (PBUT) devastated the foundation of Yazidiat with their courageous addresses; the procession of Zuljinah was brought out from Imam Bargah Qasre Shabir Dhoke Syedaan; Ulema and Zakreen addressed to the Majalis e Aza of Hafta e Aseeran e Karbala

RAWALPINDI, January 11:  Programmes of Majalis and matami processions in connection with Hafta e Aseeran e Karbala as announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi continued in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad like other parts of the country. On this occasion Majalis and matamdari were held at different Imam Bargahs and Aza Khanaz.

Markazi matami procession in remembrance of the martyrs of Karbala was taken out from Qasr e Shabir Dhok Syedaan in which great numbers of azadars participated and took part in the recitation of elegies (noha khani) as well as in matamdari. During procession in dhok Syedaan Choak (square) Zanjeer zani was performed with great zeal. On this occasion Ibrahim Scouts setup medical camp to facilitate the zanjeer zans. Matami Procession after following its designated route concluded in Imam Bargah Qasr e Shabir. District committee of TNFJ Azadari cell and members of the local administration accompanied the procession.

Prior to the Matami procession, majlis was held in the same Imam Bargah where Ulema O Zakireen and Waizeen highlighted the objectives of the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH). They elaborated the determination, patience, courage, bravery and sacrifices rendered by Hazrat Zainab, Imam Sajjad and other captives of Karbala (PBUT).

Another Majlis e aza was held at the residence of salaar of matami Dasta Shah Chan Charagh, Irfan Kazmi, situated at Dhok Syedaan where Allama Qamar Zaidi while addressing to the participants of the majlis, described philosophy behind the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH) and calamities faced by the captives of Karbala (PBUT).  He said that for the propagation of the message of Hussainiat, the great struggle of the captives of Karbala (PBUT) during the bazaars of Kufa O Shaam and in the courts of Ibne Ziyad and Yazid is a source of inspiration for the people of all eras to stand fast against any form of oppression.

He said that Imam Hussain (PBUH) gave the ultimate sacrifice to save the pious mission, while after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH), the captives of Karbala (PBUT) propagated and forwarded same pious objectives with great care. He said that if the Muslim Nation wants to protect human values and fly high the flag of Monotheism then it should prepare itself to follow the footsteps of the captives of the Karbala (PBUT).

Moulana Malik Ijlal Haider al Haidery, Zakir Mujtaba Mubarak and Sheikh Wasim Abbas also addressed the majlis. Participants of the majlis restated the resolution, that peaceful protest against oppression and brutality in the form of azadari will be carried on until the reappearance of Imam e Zaman (ATF) whilst following the strict code of azadari issued by the Quaid e Millat e Jaffariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi. It was also demanded that the Government should put aside all political conveniences in order to take concrete steps for routing out of terrorism. To conclude the Majlis  Matami procession of Zuljinah was brought out which joined the Main procession of Chehlum after passing through its designated route. 

Majlis was also held at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam. Khateeba Khanam Qamar Zahra while addressing to the majlis said that the colonial powers are afraid of the message of Hussainiat, the real spirit of Islam.

She said that on the plain of Karbala, the grandson of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) together with his sons and fellow companions (PBUT) sacrificed their lives to provide a fresh impetus to Islam, while Zainab Bint e Ali and Hazrat Zain al Abidin (PBUT) chained and in captivity, provided eternity to the Hussainiat through their elegant and eloquent addresses and proved that no worldly power can ever harm Islam.  She said that Hazrat Sakina Bintal Hussain (PBUH) who was 4 years old at the time of tragedy of Karbala witnessed all the atrocities committed by the Yazidi forces and took of the false mask of Islam from the face of Yazidiat with great courage and determination.

Majlis e Asseran e Karbala was also held at Darbar e Aleya Sakhi Shah Peyara Kazmi Al Mashahdi, where Allama Matloob Hussain Taqi while addressing to the Majlis said that the pious personalities of the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) reiterated the message of truth on front of the tyrant rulers of their eras. He said that the addresses of Hazrat Imam Zain alabideen and Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Zainab (PBUT) in the bazaars of Kufa O Sham and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Ziyad devastated the foundation of the Yazidiat forever. He said that the sacrifices offered by the pious family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) gave eternal life to the religion of Islam. Zakir Qamar Raza and Moulana Syed Aoun Abbas also addressed to the Majlis. To conclude the majlis matamdari was performed.
