In order to meet with honour and dignity, it is necessary to follow the pious teachings of Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) - DR S M Rizvi 

TNFJ has nominated the convener for the Alamgheer Ayame Askari; Rights of all the provinces including Balouchistan must be delivered on the basis of equality – Address of Dr Rizvi to the meeting of the committee of the Alamgheer Ayam e Askari 

RAWALPINDI, February 28: An important meeting of the TNFJ’s committee of the “Universal days of Al Askari” was held here at the headquarters of the Maktab e Tasheyo which was presided over by the convener of the committee DR S M Rizvi. In the meeting the programmes related to the birth anniversary of the eleventh Imam, Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) which is being observed from 29^th February to 4^th March as “Universal days of Al Askari” were reviewed and conveners were nominated throughout the country including Azad Kashmir, Galgit Baltistan and worldwide. 

The convener of the committee Dr S M Rizvi while addressing to the participants of the meeting said that on the occasion of Alamgheer Ayyam e Askari, Mahafil, Melaad, seminars and festive gatherings would be organized by different religious organizations throughout the country and worldwide. In Jamia Mosques, Imam Bargahas and Azakhanaz, Ulemae Karam, Waizeen and Zakreen will highlight the pious character of Hazrat Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH). He said that the pious teachings of Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) are the best examples, which should be followed to fight back the oppression, barbarity and wickedness of the oppressors and dictators of every era. He said that Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) was the eleventh inheritor of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and was a symbol of generosity, piety and honesty. Imam (PBUH) spent all his life in the service of the religion of Allah and in His obedience.  

Dr S M Rizvi said that in this day and age, it is necessary to follow the pious character of Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH) in order to meet with honour and dignity. He said that the inheritors of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) fulfilled their responsibility of the protection and safeguarding of the religion and Sharia and one of these great personalities was Imam Hassan Al Askari (PBUH). Imam (PBUH) was detained many a time but his life span spread over 28 years stands witness that the rulers could not bow him down or divert him from the righteous path.

In the meeting a resolution was passed by the participants in which it was demanded from the government to take special security precautions to improve law and order situation in the country during the festive period of the “Universal days of Al Askari”. In another resolution, the resolution of American congress concerning Balouchistan, the drone attacks, incidents of terrorism, the target killings and invasion of the Muslim countries especially a threat of attacking Iran was condemned. The Muslim rulers were asked to sit together to form a common strategy to fight back the heinous conspiracies of the evil powers and should make their own decisions to get freedom from the clutches of the colonial powers otherwise they all may fall into the same pit one after the other.

In the resolution it was demanded from the government that while following the norm of justice and fair play the rights of all the provinces including Balouchistan must be delivered on the basis of equality so that the sense of deprivation can be removed. In the resolution while condemning the blasphemy against the Holy Quran by the personnel of the NATO Forces in Afghanistan, grave grief was expressed over the cold response of the Muslim rulers on this shameful act. It was also made clear that those who blasphemed against the word of Almighty Allah will not be spared by the His wrath. The delay in their dreadful fate is a test for the dignity and honour of the Muslim nation.

In the meeting conveners and secretaries were nominated to organize the programs of the “Universal days of Al Askari”. Allama Basharat Hussain Imami and Zulfiqar Ali Raja for Islamabad, Allama Hussain Muqadasi and Zamir Jawaid Khan Advocate for Punjab, Mohammad Ali Advocate and Mustafa Kamal for Baluchistan, Allama Waqar Taqvi and Badar Ali Termizi for Sindh, Mir Abu Ghazanfar and Afzal Hussain QazalBash for KPK, Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi and khuaja Saghir Ali Ansari for Azad Kashmir, Agha Syed Ali Almousavi Askandarabadi and Akhund Ghulam Mohammad for Gilgit Baltistan. Tahiri Shah, Mukhtar Ali Bangash, Rehmat Ali Shah, Chaudhary Arif Badri, Zaigham Abbas, Mujtaba Hussain Kazmi, Adnan Haider, Anjum Abbas Bukhari will be the overseas conveners.
