The NATO Forces’ personnel who blasphemed against the Holy Quran must be brought to justice – Sughra Malik Blasphemy against the religions of the world and divine scriptures must be declared prosecutable crime internationally – Address to the conference organized by Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam on the topic of dignity of the Holy Quran ISLAMABAD, February 26: The president of Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam Professor Sughra Malik said that the silence of the Muslim rulers on the grave incidents of burning of the Holy Quran by the hands of the NATO Forces’ personnel is grave tragedy. She stated this while addressing to the conference organized by Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad on the topic of the dignity of the Holy Quran. The large numbers of women attended the conference from the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad and from surroundings. On this occasion a resolution was passed unanimously by the participants of the conference in which it was made clear that the Holy Quran was not sent down just for the people of particular area or the religion rather it is the source of the guidance for the whole of humanity. She said that the continued heinous crime of the colonial powers against Islam revealed their real faces but unfortunately the Muslim rulers are acting cowardly. It was made clear that if the Muslim rulers do not free themselves from the slavery of the colonial powers and the courage is not displayed then the infidel world may further insult Islam and signs attributed to Almighty Allah and the rulers of the Muslim countries will be responsible for all this insult. In the resolution the international organizations especially the United Nations were asked that if they are true representatives of the nations of the world then they should play their role to bring to justice the personnel of the NATO Forces who insulted Quran the Holy Book of Almighty Allah. These organizations should also play their role to constitute an international law against the insult of the religions of the world.
