RAWALPINDI, February 23: On the call of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the “Universal Days of Remembrance” commenced on Wednesday. On this occasion, the recitation of the Holy Quran was offered in the mosques after the Fajr prayer throughout the country including the federal capital Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit and Baltistan. During the Majalis e Tarheem and in condolences, special prayers were arranged for the elevation of the status for those martyred while defending the religion and the motherland and those who departed from us during the Mourning Days till Days of Grief. Aiema e Masajid, Khuta’ba, Ulema and Waizeen highlighted the philosophy of life and death.

The spokesman for TNFJ, Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while addressing to the Majlis e Tarheem held at Imam Bargah Zain ul Abideen (PBUH) said that, save Almighty Allah, this universe and everything included in it have been created for some purpose. Almighty Allah has given a status of superiority to human, therefore it is said in the Holy Quran, “We created life and death so that We may test you that who is better amongst you on the basis of good deed”. He said that Almighty Allah sent down his Messengers and Prophets to guide mankind to do good deeds and advised them to refrain from evils. He said that struggling for good deeds is worship and giving life on this path is considered martyrdom and made it clear that oppression and aggression is against Islam. He expressed his grave grief that today everywhere is the rule of terrorism which is condemnable. While condemning the recent suicide attack in the bazaar of Parachanar and today’s bomb blast in Khyber Agency he said that these terrible incidents are the link of the chain of continuous terrorism, which are taking place in the country; every Muslim condemns this heinous act. He demanded from the government to bring to justice the culprits of these crimes; in order to get rid of the menace of terrorism from the country the Anti Terrorism Act must be enforced. He paid his sympathies to the bereaved families of those who lost their lives in these heinous crimes. 

Allama Basharat Hussain Imami while addressing to the Majlis e Tarheem at Jamia Masjid Khadija tul Kubra Tarlai Kalan expressed his grief that the motherland Pakistan is surrounded by terrorism since long and our common enemy is using every opportunity to cause harm to it and is not sparing any possibility to let us down. He said that according to the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Pakistan is being punished for its basic ideology and for being the nuclear power. 

The Imam of Juma wal Jamat at Jamia Masjid Sakhi Shah Peyara and the president of the TNFJ regional council Allama Abu al Hassan Taqi while addressing to the Majlis e Tarheem demanded from the government to deal with the criminals of these incidents with an iron hand and serve them with exemplary punishments. While condemning the drone attacks and flights of spy planes in the frontier part of Pakistan said that these actions are attack on the sovereignty of Pakistan and demanded from the government to raise this issue on the platform of the United Nations. He considered the resolution of American congress against Balouchistan as a grave conspiracy against the sovereignty of Pakistan and reminded those in power and the Muslim rulers not to be over optimistic since America is nobody’s friend rather it keeps dear its own interests; therefore the Muslim nation to meet with honour should get freedom from the clutches of the colonial powers. Allama Hussain Muqadasi also addressed to the Majalis e Tarheem at Jamia Masjid e Ahle Bait at Wah Cantt.
