The struggle of the captives of Karbala for the mission of Hussainiat is a beacon of light for the freedom seekers

The terrorist attack on the bus of the pilgrims at Rengar Mastong was condemned greatly and was considered to be the continuation of terrorism in the motherland and a failure of the government; The blood shed in Balouchistan, Karachi and Khyber Pakhtoon kha is failure of the government; today the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Raza (PBUH) will be observed with great religious zeal and respect; the procession of Zuljinah was brought out from Imam Bargah Qasre Shabir Dhoke Syedaan; Ulema and Zakreen addressed to the Majalis e Aza of Hafta e Aseeran e Karbala

RAWALPINDI, December 31:  Like wise other parts of the country the programmes of Majalis and matami processions in connection with Hafta e Aseeran e Karbala were held in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad as announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. On this occasion Majalis and matamdari were held at different Imam Bargahs and Aza Khanaz. On Monday the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Raza (PBUH) will be observed with great religious zeal and respect.

Markazi Matami procession in remembrance of the martyrs of Karbala was taken out from Qasr e Shabir Dhoke Syedaan in which great numbers of azadars participated and took part in the recitation of elegies (noha khani) as well as in matamdari. During procession in dhoke Syedaan Choak (square) Zanjeer zani was performed with great zeal. On this occasion Ibrahim Scouts setup medical camp to facilitate the zanjeer zans. Matami Procession after following its designated route concluded in Imam Bargah Qasr e Shabir. District committee of TNFJ Azadari cell and members of the local administration accompanied the procession.

Prior to the Matami procession a Majlis e Aza was held at the residence of Salaar of Matami Dasta Shah Chan Charagh, Irfan Kazmi, situated at Dhok Syedaan where Allama Qamar Zaidi while addressing to the participants of the Majlis, described philosophy behind the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH) and calamities faced by the captives of Karbala (PBUT).  He said that for the propagation of the message of Hussainiat, the great struggle of the captives of Karbala (PBUT) during the bazaars of Kufa O Sham and in the courts of Ibne Zayad and Yazid is a source of inspiration for the people of all eras to stand fast against any form of oppression.

He said that Imam Hussain (PBUH) gave the ultimate sacrifice to save the pious mission, while after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (PBUH); the captives of Karbala (PBUT) propagated and forwarded same pious objectives with great care. He said that if the Muslim Nation wants to protect human values and fly high the flag of Monotheism then it should prepare itself to follow the footsteps of the captives of the Karbala (PBUT).

Moulana Malik Ijlal Haider al Haidery, Zakir Sajid Hussain and Sheikh Wasim Abbas also addressed the Majlis. On this occasion Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari presented resolution, which was adopted by the participants of the Majlis in which the terrorist attack on the bus of the pilgrims at Rengar Mastong was condemned greatly and was considered to be the continuation of terrorism in the motherland and a failure of the government. In the resolution fool proof security during Ayyam e Arbaeen e Hussaini was demanded from the government. The government was also asked to tighten noose around the banned groups. The public was also appealed to be vigilant and also to keep an eye on the miscreants. It was reiterated in the resolution that Azadari of Imam Hussain (PBUH) will be continued fearlessly. To conclude the Majlis Matami procession of Zuljinah was brought out which joined the Main procession of Chehlum after passing through its designated route. 

Majlis was also held at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam. Khateeba Robina Mazhar while addressing to the Majlis said that the colonial powers are afraid of the message of Hussainiat, the real spirit of Islam.

 She said that on the plain of Karbala, the grandson of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) together with his sons and fellow companions (PBUT) sacrificed their lives to provide a fresh impetus to Islam, while Zainab Bint e Ali and Hazrat Zain al Abideen (PBUT) chained and in captivity, provided eternity to the Hussainiat through their elegant and eloquent addresses and proved that no worldly power can ever harm Islam.  He said that Hazrat Sakina Bintal Hussain who was 4 years old at the time of tragedy of Karbala witnessed all the atrocities committed by the Yazidi forces and took of the false mask of Islam from the face of Yazidiat with great courage and determination.

Majlis e Asseran e Karbala was also held at Masjid O Imam Bargah Ahle Bait 26 Area Wah Cantt, where Allama Hussain Muqadasi while addressing to the Majlis said that the pious personalities of the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) reiterated the message of truth on front of the tyrant rulers of their eras. He said that the addresses of Hazrat Imam Zain al Abideen and Sharikatul Hussain Hazrat Zainab (PBUT) in the bazaars of Kufa O Sham and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Zayad devastated the foundation of the Yazidiat forever. He said that the sacrifices offered by the pious family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) gave eternal life to the religion of Islam.
