The continuous terrorism in the country is proof of the failures of the rulers - TNFJ

The whole of Pakistan is bleeding despite playing a front-line role in the so called war on terrorism; the evil forces are busy trying to bow down Pakistan; The Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to set up a commission to probe all incidents of terrorism since Zia era to-date; the government should ensuredfool-proof security arrangements on the occasion of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala) from 18 to 20 Safar-ul-Muzaffar

RAWALPINDI, December 30: The two-day meeting of the central cabinet of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya Pakistan presided over by the Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has been concluded on Saturday evening after adopting resolutions viz. important national and international matters. A resolution expressed grave concern that the motherland Pakistan is under threat from internal and external forces, the evil forces are utilizing all their energy in ridiculing Pakistan, and incidents of murder, arson, terrorism and target killings are going on unabated that is the self-speaking proof of failure on the part of rulers. The resolution said that despite playing a front-line role as an ally after the 9/11 incident, every part of Pakistan is hurt and no city, town, province rather provincial and Federal capitals are safe from terrorism where people are harassed, are fearsome and feel insecure in going out from their home while drone attacks could not be stopped despite adoption of resolutions from the parliament. The resolution said this issue should have been presented on big forums and being a naked aggression the case should have been filed with International Court of Justice. Only a few families have established their monopoly in government and politics which they desire to maintain through their sons and nephews, as a result of which terrorism is touching its heights.

A resolution lamented that a tragic incident was carried out in Rawalpindi on 6 Muharram, on 9 and 10 Muharram in Dera Ismail Khan, Quetta, Balochistan and the monetary hub of Sindh i.e. Karachi, blood is being shed in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa where first a senior minister was made target and later a security post was targeted and besides terrorism more than two dozens of security personnel were also abducted. The resolution expressed concern that the government banned more than three dozens groups but they are not only operating with new names but are also using the name of Maktab and whenever any incident of terrorism takes place they start giving calls for mayhem, protest demonstrations and strikes but the rulers are enjoying the deep slumber. On one hand big public meetings are being organised in a peaceful manner but mosques, Imam Bargahs, offices and bazaars are being targeted on the other.

The resolution noted that India who blames Pakistan for even a minor incident in their country whereas Pakistan is promoting relations with India despite her purchasing weapons in plenty. The resolution further said that all powers should keep it in their mind that creating hype of improving relations with India are tantamount to befooling the public unless the Kashmir issue is resolved in the light of the United Nations resolutions keeping to the desire of their people. The resolution demanded strict compliance of the Anti-Terrorism Law and to remove loopholes, if any. The resolution called upon the Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry to set up a commission to probe all incidents of terrorism since Zia era to-date. If commission can be formed for Abbottabad, Mehran and Salalah attacks then why not against terrorism that has brought the country at the brink of disaster, it asked.

A resolution made it clear that people of Pakistan love their motherland from the core of their heart therefore the government is under the obligation not only to take notice of terrorism but also root it out and unveil the external forces behind it. Another resolution said the purpose of the new cries and new agendas being put forward is to divert the attention from real issues and to cause harm to Pakistan. The resolution made it clear that there are only two recognised schools of thought of the Muslim Ummah who had created Pakistan jointly and they will save it together and no one could create any hurdle in it, but both these recognised schools of thought are deprived of their rights today. People belonging to a particular Maktab and Maslak are included in all state institutions including Islamic Ideology Council, Ulema Board and Ruet-e-Hilal Committee who could be representative of the government but not that of Makatib. The actual representative of the Maktab would be the one who is nominated by the representative organisations of these Makatib. Declaring inclusion of the only one Shia member in the Islamic Ideological Council is injustice it said the constitution gives equal rights to all. The resolution demanded from the government to give the chairmanship of all the state organisations including Islamic Ideological Council to all recognised schools of thought turn-by-turn so as to end the monopoly of any particular school of thought otherwise it would be considered contrary to Pakistan’s ideology.

Yet another resolution demanded from the government to make fool-proof security arrangements on the occasion of Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala) from 17 to 20 Safar-ul-Muzaffar, and advised the people to remain alert and also keep an eye on dubious people and things while Muharram Azadari Cells set up at the Ministry of Interior and all the five provinces at the desire of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya should remain active till 8 Rabiul Awwal and should remain in constant touch with the TNFJ Azadari Control Rooms so as to defeat the conspiracies of the enemies of the religion and the motherland and save the nation from their mischiefs.

Another resolution demanded the observer status for Kashmir as well in the United Nations as has been given to Palestine. The resolution noted that it is being stated that incidents of murder and arson should be checked in Syria while America has recognised the opposition there but they are turning a blind eye on to the bloodshed which is being going on in Bahrain and Burma. What the United Nations and other organisations are doing in this connection, the resolution asked. In Bahrain, minority has been imposed on the majority that is carrying out oppression against them which is condemnable. The resolution reiterated complete support with the oppressed people of Bahrain.

The resolution said if any unconstitutional game was played in Pakistan, then the Tehreek will put a strict resistance to any such move. Another resolution demanded immediate compensation for the bereaved families of the martyrs of Dhoke Syedan Rawalpindi, Dera Ismail Khan, Quetta, and Karachi while the government should bear the expenses of treatment being provided to the injured.

The meeting decided to observe Arbaeen-e-Hussaini (Chehlum of Shuhada-e-Karbala) from 18 to 20 Safar-ul-Muzaffar, Hafta Azmat-e-Mustafa and Mujtaba from 23 to 29 Safar to mark the death anniversary of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Mujtaba (PBUH), and Hafta Tajdeed-e-Ehad from 2 to 8 Rabiul Awwal to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Imam Hassan Askari (PBUH).
