On the call of the Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya the “Day of Noor” (Youme Noor) will be commemorated today throughout Pakistan Devotees from all over the world pay their homage by pilgrimage to the shrine of Hazrat Imam Mousa Al Kazim (PBUH) in Kazmain, Iraq - Address of Hassan Kazmi to the meeting ISLAMABAD, December 21: To pay homage to Hazrat Imam Mousa Al Kazim (PBUH), on the call of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, the “Day of Noor” will be observed with great religious zeal and reverence on Friday 7 Safar al Muzafar. On this occasion the day will begin with the recitation of the Holy Quran in the federal capital Islamabad including all four provinces as well as in Azad Kashmir, Gilgit and Baltistan. Majalis e Noor will be held under the auspices of different religious organization in Imam Bargahas and other religious institutions. In a meeting of the committee of the TNFJ for the “Day of Noor”, which was presided over by the convener of the committee Syed Hassan Kazmi, arrangements of the countrywide programmes were reviewed. While addressing to the Majlis Hassan Kazmi said that Hazrat Imam Mousa Al Kazim (PBUH) taught the world the great lesson of patience, forbearance and resistance, which is a beacon of light for the oppressed of every era. He said that Hazrat Imam Mousa Al Kazim (PBUH) is a Babul Murad and the devotees from all over the world pay their homage by pilgrimage to the shrine of Hazrat Imam Mousa Al Kazim (PBUH) in Kazmain, Iraq; the pious character of this great personality of Islam is the best example for the whole of humanity. He said that for divine objectives, the pious personalities of Islam offered countless sacrifices and took martyrdom to its pinnacle. Imam Ali (PBUH) and Hasnain (PBUT) are on the top of the list of those pious personalities who fulfilled their responsibility in this regard. He said that one of the great personality of the family of the Holy Prophet, Babul Murad Hazrat Imam Musa Al Kazim (PBUH) was strong like a mountain in his will power and experienced all types of difficulties of captivity, took a courageous stand against the oppressors of his era and elevated the idea of justice and fair play. On this occasion through a resolution, the government was demanded to ensure the fail-safe security for the programmes of the “Day of Noor”; the media should also give coverage to these programmes of religious and spiritual nature.
