The pious character of Hazrat Sakina (PBUH) is the best example to follow for the daughters of Islam in every era; the captives of Karbala defeated every conspiracy against Islam – Address of Dr Farzana Naqvi to the Majlis e Aza of Taboot Sakina bintal Hussain (PBUH) ISLAMABAD, December 19: As per the directives of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, Majlis e Aza in connection with the Ashra e Shaheeda e Zindan to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Sakina (PBUH) continued at Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad under the auspices of Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam, UWF, Girls Guide and Sakina Generation. On Tuesday while addressing to the Majlis e Aza Dr Farzana Naqvi highlighted the pious character of Hazrat Sakina bintal Hussain (PBUH). She said that in this materialistic era, the role played by Hazrat Sakina for the propagation of Hussainiat is the best example and a beacon of light and setting a path for our younger generation. After the tragedy of Karbala Hazrat Sakina (PBUH) together with the initiator of Azadari, Hazrat Zainab and Imam Zain al Abideen (PBUT) bore all kinds of hardships of the captivity with great courage and bravery and set a great and unique example of forbearance. She said that Hazrat Sakina Bintal Hussain (PBUH) is an eyewitness of the tragedy of Karbala who also experienced all types of hardships that were imposed on the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT) during captivity in Kufa and Sham. She played a great and pious role, which lifted off the false mask of Islam from the faces of the tyrant rulers and dictators and defeated the conspiracies of the enemies of Islam. Dr Farzana said that Hazrat Sakina Bintal Hussain (PBUH) is the granddaughter of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) about whom the Holy Prophet of Islam (PBUH & HHP) said that Fatima (PBUH) is a part of me whoever kept her happy kept me happy means that on the day of judgement the whole nation will be waiting for the intercession of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) while he will be looking towards Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH), this way the whole of the nation actually will rely on the intercession of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH). She said that Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) is that great personality of the world whose life is a complete code of life for women of the world. She said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) witnessed the Prophethood of one hundred and twenty four thousand prophets of Almighty Allah and devastated the false accusation of Yazid due to which the flag of Islam is flying high all over the world. She said that according to the poet of East, Allama Iqbal, if the real philosophy of martyrdom is interpreted properly then the tomb of Hazrat Imam Hussain (PBUH) would become the real Qibla for the Muslim nation. She said that the daughter of Hazrat Imam Hussain, Hazrat Sakina (PBUH) while displaying courage, patience, forbearance in the bazaars of Kufa and Sham and in the courts of Yazid and Ibne Zayad set such example which is a beacon of light for the daughters of Islam. Umda tul Haffaz Syeda Binte Mousa Moosavi, Syeda Sheharbano Naqvi, Saima Naqvi and Farhat Fatima presented Marsia in the Majlis. To conclude the Majlis a replica of the coffin of Hazrat Sakina was brought out in ladies and Matam Dari was performed.
