RAWALPINDI, December 10: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that the era of Zia is the darkest period in the history of Pakistan; the nation and the country are still confronted with the bloodshed given as a gift of terrorism by him; some countries are fighting the war of their own interest on Pakistani soil; If the rulers had made internal and foreign policies in the national interest then we would not have seen these black days; the alliances made with the banned organisations are further dividing the nation; the Chief Justice must listen to the hue and cry of the orphaned children and women and should take the notice of the terrorism; those rulers who went to see a child abroad did not bother to visit the place a few kilometres away from the Presidency where ten minor children fell victim to terrorism; the federal government  which announced millions in reward so that the culprits behind the conspircay against an anchor person can be brought to justice, their cold shoulder attitude to the victims of the Dhoke Syedan incident poses a question; President Zardari will stand responsible in front of Khaton e Janat Hazrat Fatima Zahra (PBUH) for the policy he has adopted. The dignity of Muharram is being trampled upon. Mourning is being observed in the family of the Holy Prophet (PBUT); how could those who are busy in political wrangling during the days of Aza-e-Hussaini face the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP). The candidates and their parties should avoid contacting Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya during the Ayyam-e-Aza; the maktab e Tasheyyo will give a policy about elections after 8^th of Rabiul Awwal; a faithful should not be beaten with the same stick twice; announcement of presenting another blasphemous movie in Belgium is a challenge to the dignity of the pro western Muslim rulers; the only way out to thwart the satanic powers who are committing blasphemy is the Muslim unity from the banks of Neil to Kashghar; the martyrdom of Shia-Sunni brethren during Azadari in Dera Ismail Khan and Rawalpindi, their combined funerals and graves next to each others in Ganj-e-Shahidaan are a slap in the face of those who cry hoarse of sectarian strife; Imam Zainul Abideen (PBUH) defeated brutality with patience and disseminated the teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) through ‘Zaboor of supplications’. These views were expressed by him while addressing to the office-bearers of the TNFJ Muharram Committee Azadari Cell. The TNFJ Secretary General, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah Advocate and Convener of Muharram Committee Azadari Cell, Syed Shujaat Ali Bokhari were also present on the occasion.

Agha Moosavi said Pakistan is in the target of the colonial powers and their agents. Martial Law after Martial Law, incapability of the politicians, duplicy and their hippocratic attitude has derailed the motherland from its real target as a result of which Pakistan was divided into two countries. The biggest punishment Pakistan got was in shape of Zia’s tyranny and after 9/11 the anti-Pakistan forces put the country on the front-line of terrorism and today no city, town, village, provincial or central metropolis is safe from it. He said even in the present era of democracy corruption, loot, plunder, drone attacks and target killings were rife; what for, President Zardari was expressing happiness; the rulers and the politicians are crying hoarse for one thing or the other but there is no one to take care of the people.

The TNFJ chief expressed concern that blasphemy is being committed regularly and now Belgium is going to present a blasphemous movie that is a challenge for the westernized Muslim rulers. He asked where are the countries who consider themselves champions of Islam, where is the Arab League and the OIC? He said had the Muslim states filed case in the International Court of Justice against publication of blasphemous images, had the law framed in the United Nations, then neither such images would have been published in Denmark, Norway and France nor blasphemous movies were produced in Holland and America and today Belgium would not have the courage to announce production of such a movie either. The Muslims are in deep slumber on the humiliation of a personality that is the most honourable after Almighty Allah. This situation also provides food for thought to those terrorists who are shedding blood of innocent Muslims with their own hands, are targeting innocents, turning women into widows and making children orphan. He lamented that banned terrorist outfits are being honoured by including them in the political alliances. He said all religious powers and Masalik should keep in mind that satanic powers are utilizing all their energy against the Islamic World therefore they should avoid taking such steps that may strengthen the enemy.

Agha Syed hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that before the begnning of Maharum ul Harram so much fear was spread as if sky is going to fall down or earth is going to sunk and together with this, terrorists were left free to roam about due to which the incident of Dhoke Syedan took place and in Dera Ismail Khan, the innocent mourners of Imam Hussain were drench in their own blood. The provincial governments help to the victims was meagre but the federal government and its ministers did not even bother to take notice of these heinous crimes as if they are not going to die one day. The whole Pakistan is portraying the image of jungle; there is no rule of law in the motherland; killings of innocent people is the order of the day; the public is tired of lifting the corpses of their loved ones; dozens of groups were declared terrorists but they are operating with new alliances. The rulers are only interested in their power and to secure their power further, are throwing salt on the woundes of the public. 

Agha Moosavi expressed his grave concern that Muharram which is considered sacred month but the rulers, the politicians and the media are all destroying its sanctity; Muharram is not the name of Ashura rather it is from 1st of Muharrm till 8^th of Rabiul Awwal are the days to grief the grandson of the Holy Prophet, Imam Hussain (PBUH). He made a demand that the terorists must be handled with iron hand, the rulers are aware of the safe heavens of the terrorists; the seed of bloodshed sawn by Zia is being harvested by the whole nation; the chief justice who take notice of everything should also take notice of terrorism. He asked the public to express their hatred towards terrorists elements which are busy with new identities so much so that they are using the names of the established schools of thought. He made it clear that a terrorist keeps no Maslak or a religion, he is only a terrorist and should only be dealt in a same context. Foreign aid being received by some groups may be checked and protest should be lodged with those countries who are involved in patronizing parties involved in terrorism. The accounts of religious and political parties should be checked and in this connection Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya presents itself first. He said the rulers and the politicians should keep in mind that sacrifices rendered by the Maktab-e-Tasheyo in creating, decorating Pakistan and in increasing its dignity are not less than others. There are 70 million Shias in the population of 180 million in Pakistan. After 8^th of Rabiul Awwal, election policy should be given to the Shia nation because the faithful never get beaten by the same stick twice.

Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that Pakistan was created by Shias and Sunnis jointly and they will also save it jointly. Whether it is Dhoke Syedan Rawalpindi or Dera Ismail Khan during the Azadari of Syed-us-Shuhada, Ahle Sunnat brethren were not behind in kissing martyrdom along with Ahle Tasheyyo. Their graves were made at the same place in Dhoke Syedan’s Ganj-e-Shaheedan and the single Imam led the funeral prayers proving they live and die together. This situation is a slap in the face of those cry hoarse of sectarian conflict in Pakistan.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi made it clear that Shias and Sunnis will live and die together for Islam and Pakistan and will not allow any power to create differences in Shia-Sunni unity. He said the rallies, protest calls and strikes during the days of Gham-e-Hussain are enmity with the nation and the country. He said Azadari is the effective tool of protest against all types of oppression and anyone who longs for protest should join Azadari that will continue till the appearance of Imam Mahdi (PBUH).
