Federal government's and politicians’ silence and carelessness on 6th Muharram’s tragic incident of Dkhoke Syedan is condemnable

Despite belonging to the same area, the Prime Minister did not bother to sympathize with the victims of the Dkhoke Syedan incident.  Mission e Hussainiat will be protected at any cost; the sensitive area of Rawalpindi Cantt has become a heaven for the criminals and terrorists therefore, a search operation must be launched against them - Address of Shaukat Jafari to the meeting of Shuhada Committee

RAWALPINDI, December 6: The convener of the Shuhada e Saneha e Dhoke Syedan Committee, Shuakat Jafri has said that the silence and carelessness shown by the federal government and the politicians on 6th Muharram’s tragic incident of Dkhoke Syedan is condemnable who did not bother to contact the near and dear ones of the martyrs of the incident. While addressing to meeting of the committee, he said that the federal government did not offer any help or support to the grieved families of the martyrs while despite belonging to the same area, the prime minister and Army chief neither condoled with the families of the martyrs nor sympathized with the injured victims. The interior minister who usually reaches at every significant event, did not pay a single visit to the families of the martyrs or to the injured victims in the hospitals and the federal government did not announced any financial aid for the victims of the incident which proves that today’s politics is based upon self-interest only while no one cares about the poor people of the country. He said that the rulers must remember that Almighty Allah is watching them and hold them accountable for such matters. Shaukat Jafri expressed gratitude to the government of Punjab for supporting the martyrs and injured of the Dkhoke Syedan tragedy and demanded to deliver aid to those who are still deprived. A resolution in the meeting strongly condemned the role of daily Jang for attempting to hide the Dhoke Syedan Tragedy, and for not covering Punjab government’s program of delivering support to the victims of the incident and termed it as an attempt to corner the Tasheyyo school of thought. While condemning the role of politicians for ignoring the tragic incident, Shaukat Jafri said that Maktab e Tasheyyo has its right to announce its policy for the upcoming elections.  The resolution expressed concerns on the hideouts of criminals and terrorists spreading in suburbs of Rawalpindi and Islamabad and increasing number of foreigners settling in these areas and demanded from the law enforcement agencies to take action. He said that if the government’s administration will ignore such enemies of the Pakistan, it will pave the way for further tragic incidents in future therefore, a search operation must be launched in the suburbs of Rawalpindi and Islamabad and take strong action against the enemies of Pakistan. Another resolution vowed to continue the mission of Hussainiat and strong will to sacrifice anything for its protection.
