While addressing to the rally at Aabpara Chock, the convener of the committee for Islamabad, Allama Syed Fakhar Abbas Abidi said that the basic purpose of observing Youm al Quds on the call of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi is to show unity with the Muslim, the oppressed and destitute nations which are being tortured by the hands of the evil imperialistic powers. He said that International Organizations; UNO and OIC are responsible for the problems encountered by the entire Islamic world. Mukhtar Force chairman Chaudhari Abu Baidar Ali said that it is just because of the weak attitude of the Muslim leader that the enemies of Islam are busy in blaspheming the holy signs attributed to Islam. He appealed to the Muslim leaders that they should get united in order to liberate Al-Quds and to see an end to the imperialistic conspiracies against Kashmir and Palestine.

A resolution adopted on the occasion iterated that the "International Day of Al-Quds Himayat-e-Mazloomin" is being observed today at a time when the whole world of humanity, particularly the Muslim states, have become the target of the colonial powers and some are still being targeted. The recent Makkah Summit of the OIC indicates that it was summoned on the desire of the international chief of the colonial powers only and only to suspend the membership of Syria despite a fact to the contrary that if there is any objection about any member then it is given a chance to present its point of view by inviting to the meeting but Syria was not even invited for the recent meeting and her membership has been suspended without listening to their point of view which is extremely unjustifiable act which was performed to please the international chief of the colonial powers.

It was made clear in the resolution that in the current situation no one should be over optimistice because it has become routine for the chief of the colonial powers that it gets the membership of the country suspended through the Arab League when it desires to carry out any activity against any Arab states so as to pave its way. This is what happened with Tunis, Egypt, Yemen and Libya and now it is the turn of Syria. The satanic forces are trampling the public of the Muslim states through OIC and the Arab League and in these countries no one could practice his beliefs freely. In Bahrain, minority is ruling the majority where a Muslim state has entered her forces to help the Bahraini government and the innocent people there are being killed heinously. Both the Arab League and the OIC neither listen to their woes nor the international powers are attracted to their cries.

The resolution further said that had the OIC had any life in it then instead of making a decision to take issue of oppression against Muslims of Burma to the United Nations, it would have taken a courageous step itself. The question arises that whether the UNO is blind that it could not see this oppression contrary to the activities they saw in East Timor and Sudan and also carry out plebiscite there while despite having the resolution of the United Nation about the issues of Kashmir and Palestine these long-standing issues are still unresolved just because the United Nations is keeping a lid on these issues. The Islamic World needs answer from the international organisations for this Hippocratic attitude against Muslim.

The resolution lamented that despite passage of half a century, the Muslim nation could not liberate Al-Quds Al-Sharif form the Zionist clutches; America and her agent international organisations are further strengthening Israel. The Arab states are being used against other Arab states by suspending their membership of the Arab League so that those states may be weaken and ultimately the supremacy of Israeli may be imposed on the Arab world.

Later, the participants of the rally burnt the effigy of the American and Israeli Presidents and raised their protest against America, Israel, and India. They then returned to the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Shah Badshah where special prays were offered for rooting out of the problems faced by the Muslim nation and for the integrity, solidarity and development of the motherland Pakistan. The participants of the rally later dispersed peacefully.
