Muslim are witnessing bad days owing to performing contrary to the Godly Constitution; the ongoing confrontation between the parliament and the judiciary is dangerous for the country and the nation; at present the judiciary, the parliament and the administration are working contrary to the desires of the people while people only wants solution to their problems  – Message of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya message on the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (PBUH)

RAWALPINDI, August 10: The Quaid e Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Amirul Momineen Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH) preached an eternal message of firmness, knowledge, wisdom, justice and fair-play to the world of humanity. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of  the martyrdom anniversary of the lion of Allah, Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (PBUH) that is being observed throughout the country on Friday with devotion, respect and religious spirit.

Agha Moosavi said the Muslim nation is confronted with one problem or the other today and no country is safe while motherland Pakistan is the particular target. He said Muslim have to see through these bad days owing to performing contrary to the Godly Constitution. Had they practiced in accordance with the Hadees-e-Saqlain, followed the will of the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) and followed Quran and his Holy Progeny (PBUT) then they would not have faced misguidance and defame. He said the internal and external enemy is reaping the benefits of current differences and anarchy faced by the state institutions in the motherland Pakistan, therefore, he added, both the government and the opposition should exercise wisdom and seriousness and keep the constitution supreme instead of trying to become supreme themselves.

He said that the nations that work contrary to the constitution face destruction; at present the judiciary, the parliament and the administration are working contrary to the desires of the people while people desire the survival and stability of the country and solution to their problems only. He said the ongoing confrontation between the parliament and the judiciary would become harmful for the country and the nation.

Agha Moosavi said that the first ten days of the month of fasting is blessing, second forgiveness and the third is freedom, therefore all the countrymen should bow down before Allah and seek freedom from the colonial powers and their agent rulers and the politicians, terrorism, price hike, load-shedding, target killings, and debauchery.

The TNFJ chief said echoes of the voice of Hazrat Ali (PBUH) could still be heard that: By the Lord of Ka’aba, my treated shoe is dearer to me than ruling over you people but that through it I will restore righteousness, truthfulness, justice and fair-play and will root out oppression, brutality, and suppression. He had resolved to be faithful to righteousness and reality and not to adopt anything else in place of truthfulness. His personality was fully imbibed with the desire for truthfulfness and reality. He said martyrdom in way of righteousness had been the desire of people of trurth. That is why Ali (PBUH) expressed desire many a time in the courtof Almighty Allah not to take his life on a cozy bed but while confronting the enemies of Shariat and humanity to win the medal of martyrdom, he said adding that at last he took bath in his own blood while busy in worship of Allah.

Agha Moosavi said Darood-o-Salam on Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH) about whom the Holy Prophet (PBUH & HHP) has said that he is the best judge. He said the soil of Najaf-e-Ashraf grasped Ali (PBUH) and with him buried justice and fair-play. He said the scarcity of justice and fair-play is giving birth to host of crises today and Pakistan that came into being in the name of restoring justice and fair-play is on its target. He said Allah restored the world system on the pillar of justice; created the creature under some strategy; sent his books on prophets and his Massengers; gave commandment for justice and fair-play and not to carrying out oppression and brutality against anyone. He said there is a saying of the Maula Ali (PBUH) that goes: Justice and fair-play is the asset of the society and honour for the rulers. Another place, he said: A government remains if the ruler is an atheist and does justice but if the ruler is a Muslim and carries out oppression and brutality then that government has to go.

The TNFJ chief said in the Surah Kahaf of the Holy Quran there is a mention about Eskander Zulqarnain who was wise and justifiable and his government was settled with the help of the Nature with full strength. Someone asked him how he expanded his rule in the East and the West despite the fact that the rulers before him were more powerful and were laced with all types of wealth and armament but could not dominate like him. He replied that although the past rulers were visibly powerful but their governments were settled on oppression while my government is settled on justice and fair-play. Wherever I desired to rule, I provided people with clothing and food while following the norms of justice and fair-play by the Grace of God; used to utter names of their elders with respect; entrusted the relevant job to the experts and did not consider oppression on anyone as legal; did not give priority to unwise and bad people over the intelligentsia and pious people. Therefore, Allah blessed me with His help with the blessings of these norms of justice and fair-play.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi said that there is a saying of the master of the universe, Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (PBUH) that goes: The best rulers of the era are those who root out oppression and brutality and keep the norms of justice and fair-play alive. He said the best justice is to get the oppressed rid of oppressors, suppressors and terrorists. He said there is need to ponder over today that why we are facing terrorism and terrorists today? The biggest reason for this seems to be bowing down before the international colonial powers and their agents instead of bowing before Allah. He said the world would have to get rid of the international chief of the colonial powers and her agents so as to give heights to the motherland and to turn this world into a hub of peace.

(PBUH & HHP): Peace be upon him and on his holy progeny

(PBUH): Peace be upon him/her

(PBUT): Peace be upon them
