On the call of TNFJ, today “Youm e Duaa” will be observed throughout the country

Duaa is a perfect mean to confront the colonial powers who have destroyed the peace of the whole world – Hamid Moosavi

 RAWALPINDI, Pakistan - May 13: The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has announced to observe 'Youm-e-Duaa' (Day of Prayer) on Friday May 13 for end of dangers being faced by oppressed world in general and Islamic world in particular.

In a statement issued from the headquarters of Maqtab e Tashayyo, Moosavi said that at present, the colonial powers have turned the whole world’s peace upside down and the most effective and strongest weapon against it is only duaa which is a source of obedience and servitude to Almighty Allah and not merely asking for need. He said human being does not become able to pray until he fully believes the greatness and dignity of Allah the Lord and his own weaknesses and flaws.

Allah says in Quran: If there were not your prayers then Allah would not become attentive towards you. That is why a saying of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) goes that prayer is the weapon of a believer, the pillar of religion, the light of heaven and earth and the supreme worship.

Aqae Moosavi said that to attain constructive approach and to gain freedom from the tyrant world supplications have been considered the most effective means for momneen and Muslimeen.

The TNFJ chief said that the task which the successor of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp), spouse of Batool (pbuh) Hazrat Ali ibn e Abi Talib (pbuh) accomplished through his speeches, sermons and sayings was the same as was achieved by Imam Ali's grandson, Syed us Sajideen Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abidin (pbuh), through prayers while prostrating in the court of Allah.

He said that when oppression is rife and there is darkness everywhere, human beings should ask Allah for help because there is a saying of Masoom (pbuh)that prayer removes unpleasant events and evils.

Hazrat Imam Zain ul Abidin (pbuh)'s only weapon was prayer therefore the way and manners taught by him to the followers of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp)) and his holy progeny (pbut) guarantee Muslims and Jawans of Pakistan forces deliverance from colonial powers and their stooges. Therefore the crux of duaa number 27 of Sahifa Sajjadia that is called 'Duaa-i-Ahle Saghoor' is O Allah send blessings on Muhammad and his holy progeny (pbut), increase the number of people of Islam, sharpen their weapons, make their ranks strongest, create unity among them, accomplish their tasks, enhance their subsistence, make them powerful in their borders, give them secret strategy to find out their way against their enemies.

Afterward he says O Allah bestow power to people of Islam through this far-sighted source, strengthen and stabilise their cities and increase their riches and wealth so that they could not bow their foreheads down in front of anyone save You.

Aqae Moosavi reminded that whatever is happening to the Islamic world and to oppressed nations which became the target of colonial powers, to get freedom from its clutches a day of supplications should be observed on Friday and the world of oppression and tyranny should be informed that no power can destroy unity amongst us neither can it bow us down. He said that for this reason it is important that while prostrating in front of Almighty Allah in the form of supplications, the voice of protest should be raised which is a basic right of the oppressed. 

The Quaid e Millat e Jafariya appealed fellow citizen to pray with sincerity on the occasion of Youm e  Duaa in Friday gatherings and religious ceremonies for supremacy of Islamic world, integrity and elevation of motherland and end of terrorism and colonial oppression and barbarism in the country.
