RAWALPINDI, March 27: Spokesman of TNFJ Allama Syed Qamar Zaidi said that the insult on the Holy Quran is an insult on all divine books therefore it is obligatory on the Muslim world to raise a voice on international platform in protest of the heinous crime of burning the copy of the Holy Quran by an accursed American priest. He said that for committing the grave sin, said priest must be brought to justice and to stop this type of evil actions in future a law must be formulated. He expressed his thoughts while addressing majlis on the death anniversary of Mehrban Ali Rizvi at his residence. Syed Qamar Zaidi stressed that the Holy Quran teaches humanity the standards of dignity and honour as well as humiliation and embarrassment. He said that those who accepted and followed the message of Islam whole heartedly are successful and expressed his sorrow that today the infidel world is making a mockery of Islam, blasphemy against the Holy Prophet of Islam (pbuh & hhp) is being committed through publishing of cartoon and images, signs of Allah’s are being insulted, Holy places of Islam are being demolished, and Muslims are being declared fanatics, hard liners and terrorists. He said that Islam teaches us the lesson of unity, protection and looking after each other and therefore in order to protect the dignity of the Holy Quran we must hold the teachings of the holy family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) as Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) left a will to uphold the teachings of the holy Quran and his Holy Family (pbut) in the Hadis of Saqlain which is a great source and a guarantee to be on the right path. He said that on the plains of Karbala the holy head of Imam Hussain (pbuh), while on the spear, read the verses of Holy Quran and proved that it was revealed to his grandfather. He said that the pious character of the holy family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) is a true practical translation of the Holy Quran and if followed evil forces and their heinous crimes against the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) and the Holy Quran can be defeated. Allama Qamar Zaidi condemned the brutal killings of 15 innocent people and the kidnapping of 45 as a result of an attack on the coach destined for Parachar, and said that the government has failed to protect people in sensitive areas of Khaiber Pakhtoon Kha. He demanded from the government to take immediate steps to protect the lives and property of the people of the Kuram Agency. He pronounce that continuous target killings in Karachi a heinous crime committed by our arch enemy who wants to destroy our financial hub. Therefore to defeat this enemy all the provinces must be given equal rights and the sense of deprivation must be removed from the public. Allama Hafiz Tasaduq Hussain, Allama Sheikh Ajaz Hussain Mudaris and Zakir Ashiq Hussain B A also addressed the majlis while Syed Mohsin Naqvi and Bu Turab Askari recited salam o noha. |
