RAWALPINDI, March 18: The programs of Ayyam e Askari (pbuh) - announced by Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi in connection with the Zahoor e Pur noor of Imam Hassan Askari (pbuh) – continued on Thursday.

Mehfil Milaad was organised by Ummul Banin WF, Girls Guide and Sakina Generation at central Imam Bargah Jamia Tul Murtaza Sector G 9/4 Islamabad.  Recitation of the Holy Quran and Hadith e Kisa was carried out at the beginning of the program.

Zakira Shehar Bano while, elaborating the pious character of Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) said that the pious personalities of the Holy Family of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh & hhp) did great service to secure the dignity of the divine religion of Islam.  She said that, at the time of attack on the holiness of Quran, Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) with his divine logic and argument made the greatness of the Holy Quran clear for eternity, thus leaving the enemies of Islam with no response.

She said that one has to bow down to the Prophet Muhammad and His Holy Progeny (pbut) in order to know and learn the true meaning of the Holy Quran, because these holy personalities have been blessed by Allah, with the true and divine knowledge, and the same is the reason for Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) that,” i am leaving two things amongst you, the Holy Quran and My holy Progeny (pbut), follow both and you will never go astray”.

Doctor Khanum Zahra Gull while addressing the gathering said that the life time of Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) is a glorious chapter of the history of Islam.  She said that Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) gave a new hope to the humanity by never surrendering to the six dictators of his time and also has the honour of being the father of the twelfth Imam, Imam Mehdi (pbuh), for He will eradiate the oppression off the face of the earth after His reappearance and form a reign of peace and justice.

Mohtarma Zainab Alvia, Mohtarma Appa Syeda Hussain, Mohtarma Farhat Fatima and other speakers also addressed the gathering.

Allama Syed Mohasin Ali Hamdani - while addressing a gathering in connection with Ayyam e Askari (pbuh), organised by the family of Syed Nazir Hussain, at Qasr e Abu Talib (pbuh) - said that, in order to guide the humanity to the right path Imam Hassan Al Askari (pbuh) never surrendered to the six dictators of his time and spent his life to preach the religion of Allah.  He said that the shrine of Imam Hassan Al Askari in Samra (Iraq) is still a beacon of light for the masses and one can succeed in both this life and after by following His pious teachings.

Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari, Qazi Hussain Karbalai, Fida Hussain Padhrar and others also addressed the gathering.  On this occasion a resolution was adopted, demanding the government to stop begging the imperialist powers and to take decisions in the interest of the country instead of taking foreign dictation.  The gathering also demanded the government to give representation and chairmanship to the Maktab e Tashayyo along with other schools of thought in the Islamic institutions of the country as Islamic Ideology Council and Roiyat e Hilal Committee etc. with the consent of the true representative organizations and the Headquarters of respective school of thought.
