Zuhoor e Purnoor of Hazrat Ghazi Abbas Alamdar (pbuh) was celebrated throughout the world with religious spirit and respect Qamar Bani Hashim by sacrificing his life has elevated flag of Islam; name of Abbas (pbuh) is a symbol of loyalty; deprived sections of the society will keep their struggle against oppressors – Address of Qamar Zaidi, Ibtahaj Zainab and others to the Mahafil RAWALPINDI, July 08: Zuhoor e Purnoor of Hazrat Ghazi Abbas Alamdar (pbuh), in connection with Hafta e Wila e Muhammad o Aal e Muhammad (pbut) announced by Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosvi, was celebrated throughout the world with religious spirit and respect on Thursday. On this occasion religious gatherings and Mahafil e Milaad were held in all the towns and cities of Pakistan. Ulema e Karam, Clerics and various speakers shed light on the life and character of Ghazi Abbas Alamadar (pbuh) and declared it as the perfect role model to follow. Religious and mourning organisations held various ceremonies and organised religious gatherings to celebrate the Zuhoor e Purnoor of Hazrat Ghazi Abbas Alamadar (pbuh) in the Potohar region and twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Allama Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi while addressing a gathering under the title of “Alamdar e Lashkar e Hussaini” (Flag bearer of the Army of Hussain (pbuh)) - organised by Hayeat e Tulbae Islamia at Aza Khana e Masooma e Qum (pbuh) Rawalpindi - said that even though both the arms of Hazrat Ghazi Abbas Alamdar were severed during the battle of Karbala but he kept the Hussaini flag high. He stressed that the flag of Ghazi Abbas Alamadar (pbuh) is a hope to those in need and desperation and is a symbol of loyalty. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that the Flag of Hazrat Abbas Alamadar (pubh) is hanging high throughout the world and is a symbol of valour and bravery. Muhammad Ali Shakir While addressing the gathering said that the one whose cradle is rocked by Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is called Hussain (pbuh) and the one whose cradle is rocked by Hussain (pbuh) is known as Abbas (pbuh). He said that with the presence of Ghazi Abbas Alamadar (pbuh) this world was blessed with faith loyalty and bravery. He said that Hazrat Abbas Alamadar (pbuh) was the protector of the decedents of Bibi Fatima Zahra (pbuh) and showed such bravery, faith and loyalty in the battle of Karbala that is second to none. Mohasin Raza Bilali said that even the name of Hazrat Abbas (pbuh) is saviour of humanity today. Syed Ajmal Hassan Naqvi, Mustansar Hussain Bukhari, Zakir Fida Hussain Padhrar and young Zakir Zain Ali also addressed the gathering. Syed John Ali Mashadi presided the gathering while Amir Bukhari recited the Holy Quran. On this occasion a resolution was adopted stating that for the religious rights of Maktab e Tashayyo each and every word of Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosvi will be followed to letter and spirit and no sacrifice will be spared. |
