January 18: According to the announcement of Quaid e millat e
jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi, programmes of majalis
and matami processions in connection with “Hafta-e- Aseeran-e-Karbala
(week in remembrance of captives of Karbala PBUT) continued in
the Imam Bargahs of twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad like
other parts of the country on Monday under the auspices of
different religious and matami organizations.
Preachers and Zakireen-e-Uzzam highlighted the great sacrifices
rendered by Imam Hussain (pbuh), his companions and the
honourable ladies of the household of the Prophet (PBUT), and
declared that following the path of Hussainiat ensures success
in this world and the life hereafter, and is the only solution
for the problems faced by Muslim world and oppressed nations.
Under the auspices of Ummal Banin WF, Girls Guide, Sakina
Generation and Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam, a majlis was held at
Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad. Zakira Muhtarma
Kiran while addressing the majlis said that during the battle of
Karbala where old warriors offered their sacrifices, young ones,
children and ladies also played vital role whose example cannot
be found in the history.
She said that heir of Imam Hussain (pbuh) Hazrat Imam Zain al
Abdin (pbuh) and Binte Ali o Batool Hazrat Zainab (pbut) along
with other ladies of the family of the Holy Prophet (pbut),
destroyed the negative propaganda of Yazid through their
eloquent addresses and courage in the streets as well as the
courts of Yazid and Ibne Zayad in the cities of Kufa and Sham.
She stressed that in order to get rid of the conspiracies of
colonial powers, Muslim world has to follow the path of
Hussainiat.
Participant of the majlis reiterated the resolve to continue
peaceful protest against the oppression in the form of azadari
while strict compliance of the code of azadari issued by Quaid e
Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi until 8th
of Rabi al Awwal; end of Ayam e Aza and till the Zahoor of Imam
Mehdi will be ensured. To conclude the majlis Mohtarma Nawab
Zahra recited the Marsia.
Under the auspices of Tehreek Nafaz e Fiqh e Jafariya Islamabad
a majlis e Aza was held at Imam Bargah Imam Ali Naqi (pbuh) Pind
Sangriyal Sector D-13 Islamabad. Allama Saqlain Bukhari while
addressing majlis said that the great thoughts of martyrs of
Karbala and
heart-rending addresses of captives of Karbala made everyone,
including the Yazidiyyat, cry as a result of which cities after
cities turned into mourning. That way Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) and
Hazrat Zainul Abideen (pbuh) strengthened the foundation of
Azadari forever, while their pious Asswah is the beacon of light
for the oppressed world.
Allama Syed Qamar Zaidi while addressing the majlis said that
the Mazloomiyyat-e-Hussain received so much respect that the
oppressed nations all over the world feel honored to talk about
Hussainiyyat while Karbala is considered as a source of strength
for all movements of independence.
He said that Imam Hussain (pbuh) is not only a member of the
household of the Holy Prophet (pbuh) but also a leader of the
path of freedom whose love is made compulsory for all. He said
that Azadari Imam Hussain (pbuh) provides security for Islam and
guarantees the betterment of humanity while it is necessary to
stick to the path of Hussainiyat to be able to defeat colonial
powers.
Moulana Malik Ijlal Haider Al Haidery, Zakir Ghulam Farid Jaffar
and other Zakreen also addressed the majlis. Zuljinah procession
was held at the conclusion of the Majlis-e-Aza.
Majalis e Aza for women, were also held at Imam Bargah Zain al
Abdin (pbuh) and Darsgah Khadija tul Kubra (pbuh) where
different Lady Speakers addressed the majlis, while marsias were
recited and matamdari was performed.
