ISLAMABAD, January 17: Azadari Syed ul Shuhada is an inheritance of captives of Karbala which provides security for human values, propagation of Islam and defines the respect due to Holy Prophet (pbuh). These thoughts were expressed by Manazar e Islam Mohtarma Tahira Batool Haidery while addressing the majlis organized by Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam, Ummal Banin WF, Girls Guide and Sakina Gneration at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad. She said that Yazid blasphemed while rejecting message of Mohammad (pbuh) and started changing teaching of Islam when the grandson of the Holy Prophet, Hussain Ibn e Ali (pbuh) with his companions got in his way and lit the candle of truth which brightened Islam for ever. Tahira Batool Haidery said that the captives of Karbala, after the tragedy of Karbala, kept the aim of Hussainiat alive even after bearing all sorts of oppression and difficulties and established protest against Yazidiat in the form of Azadari which not only tore apart Yazidi forces but even today it is still a most effective protest of oppressed one. Tahira Batool said that the addresses of the noble ladies of the household of the Holy Prophet (pbut) in the streets of Qufa O Shaam and in the courts of Yazid and Ibn e Zayad is a defining chapter in the history of Hussainiat. She said that Hazrat Imam Hussain (as) conquered Karbala while Hazrat Zainab (pbuh) and Zainul Abidin(pbuh) shattered the courts of Kufa o Sham with their heart rendering addresses. On this Occasion Appa Syeda Hussain presented a resolution in which an appeal was made to the media to highlight the programmes of Hafta Aseeran e Karbala so that new generation can be familiar with Islam and the characters of Mohsin e Insaniyat. To conclude the majlis, Mohtarma Tahira Batool Haidery recited Marsia. |
