Islamabad, January 11: Programmes of Majalis and processions to commemorate the anniversary of martyrdom of Hazrat Sakina (sa) continued in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad like other parts of the country on monday. Preachers and Zakireen highlighted the great life of Hazrat Sakina (sa) in the Majlis. Masses of mourners participated in these programmes of Majalis and paid their condolences in the court of Hazrat Zahra (pbuh). Anjuman Dukhtaran e Islam, Ummul baneen WF, Sakina Generation and Girls guide also organized a gathering (majlis) at Imam Bargah Jamia tul Murtaza G-9/4 Islamabad. Khateeba Muhtrama Khanum Qamar Zahra Faazla e Qum while addressing to the gathering (majlis) said, Hazrat Sakina (sa) during the incident of Karbala and after the martyrdom of Her father Imam Hussain (as) set such great standards of patience and bravery which are beacon of light for the coming generations to show how to defeat tyranny and oppression in any era. She said the pious ladies of family of Mohammad (PBUH&HHP) with Imam Zain al Abdin (as) after the tragedy of Karbala showed during their captivity and while being paraded on the streets of Kufa O Sham and in the courts of Ibn e Zayad (son of) and Yazid that whenever Satanic forces and its followers try to defame the sanctity of Islam then one should follow our example to defeat such brutalities and conspiracies against Islam. Zakira Muhtrama Sara and Muhtrama Nusrat Nayab also addressed the Majlis. After the Majlis matamdari was performed.
