ISLAMABAD, January 8: The programs of “Ashra e Shaheeda e Zindan” announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Mousavi, organized by Anjuman e Dukhtaran e Islam, Ummul baneen WF, Girls Guide and Sakina Generation, are being commemorated. Here on Friday, Khateeba Sayeda Nuzhat Naqvi while addressing the Majlis e Aza said that the real name of Hazrat Sakina Bint ul Hussain (pbuh) was Fatima (pbuh) and after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (pbuh) the pious Bibi along with the Holy Family of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh & hhp) kept the cause of Imam Hussain (pbuh) alive in the prisons and the courts of Yazid and Ibn e Ziyad and displayed such strength of character that the name of Yazid is considered as an insult to all mankind. She further said that Bibi Sakina (pbuh) was martyred in the prison of Syria. Mohtarma Sayeda Nuzhat Naqvi said that the great sacrifice of Bibi Sakina (pbuh) kept the cause of Imam Hussain (pbuh) alive and became the foundation stone of the betterment and appraisal of mankind. Mohtarma Sayeda Nuzhat Naqvi said that the character of Bibi Sakina Bint ul Hussain (pbuh) is a golden role model and key to the upbringing of the children of the world. During the Majlis e Aza a resolution was passed stating that to highlight the character, life and sacrifices of important personalities of Islam (Mashaheer e Islam) is the duty of all, but it is distressing that even though Pakistan is an Islamic state, the days of Pious Personalities are ignored by every branch of media, which is against the true spirit of the ideology and constitution of Pakistan. Mohtarma Zawar Hafiza Khatoon and Mohtarma Khanum Zahra Gull recited the Marsia, afterwards noha khani and matamdari was carried out to conclude the Majlis e Aza.
