RAWALPINDI, February 6: Dr. S.M. Rizvi, central convenor, chaired an important meeting of TNFJ’s Committee of Hafta e Ehad O Peyman. In the meeting the programmes from 2^nd to 8^th of Rabiul Awwal in connection with Hafta e Ehad O Peyman to observe the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hassan Askari (pbuh) were organized. 

Dr. S M Rizvi while addressing the meeting said that the message of Tauheed O Rasalat O Wilayat O Azadari will not be allowed to diminish and no sacrifice will be spared for the dignity of Islamic World and the motherland. He said azadari is the voice of the oppressed against all kinds of oppression and brutality and provides a guarantee to the dignity and honour to monotheism, Prophethood and Wilayat in every era. He said that azadari is the most effective protest against all kinds of oppression and brutality and will continue till the re-appearance of Imam Mahdi (pbuh) who, after his arrival, will root out all types of injustice, oppression and brutality from this world and ensure that peace will be the order of the day. 

He said that Imam Hussain (pbuh) not only saved Islam on the scorching deserts of Karbala but also gave eternal life to human values. He said Imam Hassan Askari (pbuh) confronted the worst kind of tyrants in his era and lit the candles of love of Allah in the hearts of mankind,  never once bowing down in front of tyranny. He said that the world can become a hub of peace by adopting practically the pious character of Mohammad (pbuh & hhp) and his Holy Progeny (pbut).

In the meeting conveners were nominated to organise the programmes of Hafta e Ehad O Peyman. Allama Basharat Imami and Mohammad Ali Shaker for Federal Area Islamabad; Allama Hussain Muqadsi and Zameer Javed Advocate for Punjab; Mahdi Askari and Mustafa Kamal for Baluchistan; Makhdoom Sibte Hassan Naqvi and Malik Mazhar Hussain for Sindh; Ghazanfar Ali Shah and Ahsan Raza for KPK; Syed Riaz Kazmi and Imran Sabzwari for Azad Kashmir and Allama Ghulam Mohammad and Muhammad Hassan Akhund for northern areas (nominated as convener and secretary respectively.) 

Overseas, Dr. S Z Naqvi and M I Saeedi were nominated for UK Rehmat Shah for France, Tahiri Shah for America, Mukhtar Bangash and Shahid Hussain Bangash for Middle East, Khizer Naqvi for South Korea, Zaigham Shah for Italy, Musawar Naqvi and Arif Badri for Qatar. 

In a resolution it was demanded from the government to provide maximum security in the programmes of Majalis and matami processions of Hafta e Ehad O Peyman. In another resolution it was demanded from the print and electronic media to give full coverage to the programmes of the anniversary of the martyrdom of Imam Hassan al Askari (pbuh) and that they broadcast programmes related to Hafta e Ehad o Peyman.
