Affected areas of Gulberg Lahore should be handed over to the army and Azadars should be provided with protection – TNFJ The government of Punjab instead of giving up on front of terrorist should control them; issuing a fatwa of Kufr against recognized schools of thought is condemnable; in Lahore, on one side the defense of Pakistan rally is being organized while foundations of Pakistan are being weakened on the other; political and religious leaders should fulfill their responsibilities; If terrorists are Yazidies then we are Hussainies, we will sacrifice ourselves but will not let Pakistan to be wiped out – Address of Shujaat Ali Bukhari to the emergency meeting of TNFJ LAHORE, December 19: Syed Shujaat Ali Bukhari, Convener of the Markazi Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya has strongly condemned the hooliganism, arson and siege of Azadarans’ homes by a banned organization in Gurumangat, Gulberg in Lahore and demanded from the Punjab government to impose law on terrorists instead of giving them a freehand and provide protection to the citizens. He demanded that the affected areas should be handed over to the army, those who are involved in arson should be given an exemplary punishment and the real culprits involved in the murder of a citizen should be investigated and given exemplary punishment while the rulers should exercise seriousness, correct the law and order situation and compensate the citizens for their losses. He said in Lahore, on one side the defense of Pakistan rally is being organized while foundations of Pakistan are being damaged on the other. In these circumstances, political and religious leaders should fulfill their responsibilities. Addressing the emergency meeting of the TNFJ Muharram Committee Azadari Cell of the Punjab province held which was presided over by Syed Akhtar Hussain Shah Bukhari. Shujaat Bukhari said murder of any single person is the murder of the whole humanity and we strongly condemn it. He said getting enraged against the recognized school of thought in the garb of personal grievances and declaring them non-Muslims strengthens satanic forces and only agents of the satanic forces could commit such acts. He said what is going on in the motherland at present and the heinous game being played by the internal and external enemies would be thwarted. He said attention of the powers that be in the Punjab was repeatedly invited but unfortunately the Punjab government displayed the attitude of non-cooperation with the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya that provides food for thought. He lamented that since Sunday morning, the incidents of oppression, violence and arson continued, homes of Azadaran are being besieged and pelted but the administration is playing the role of silence spectators and instead they are asking victims to leave their homes that is tantamount to the failure of the administration. Does such government deserve to remain in power? He asked. He said tomorrow, the terrorists can also ask the citizens to leave the country. He said the government had banned 26 parties but unfortunately they are roaming around freely. He lamented that on one side defense of Pakistan rally is being organized while those who belong to Fiqh-e-Jafariya and Barelvi Masalik are being targeted, on the other and are being leveled with the Fatawa-e-Kufr. Shujaat Ali Bukhari while referring to a saying of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, said if all schools of thought started terming one another atheist then how many Muslims would remain in the world. He said at present Universal Ashra Beemar-e-Karbala is being observed and we give priority to the mourning of Imam Hussain (A.S.) over all other matters but our politeness should not be considered as our weakness and we should not be forced to take any corrective measure. One should know that we had took over the Pakistan Secretariat for our rights, and had launched an eight-month long agitation against tyranny. We can do all that again but we don’t want to convert Pakistan into ‘Masaibistan’, therefore the State should fulfill their responsibilities. We have always given priority to the interests of the nation and the country and would continue doing so. He lamented that the terrorists and miscreant elements are openly announcing to be the defenders of Yazid but all forces averse to Islam and Pakistan should keep in mind that if the terrorists are Yazidi elements then we are Hussaini (A.S.) and we will sacrifice our lives but would not let Islam and Pakistan to be wiped out and would crush Yazidiat. Akhtar Bukhari and Moulana Qamar Moosavi also addressed the meeting. |
