Eid ul Fitr is the thanks-giving for completing the fasting with honour and dignity – Hamid Moosavi Humanity is hurt, and oppression and brutality are smiling; actually Eid is for the person who cares about needy – Message of Eid ul Fitr RAWALPINDI, August 31: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Pakistan Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that Eid ul Fitr is the thanks-giving for completing the fasting with honour and dignity. This was stated by him in a special message issued on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr. He said the Eid day starts with giving Fitra to the deserved and on this occasion practical display of unity, brotherhood and mutual understanding with the Islamic World is displayed. He said the international colonial powers consider this pious and spiritual display a danger for itself despite the fact it is not a confrontation with anyone rather it is a display of subservience to the Almighty Allah. All Muslims get together without any status conscious seeking an end to discrimination. Agha Moosavi said another objective of the Eid ul Fitr congregation is to tell the world that all human beings are equal, and no one has any upper hand e.g. white over the black, Arab over the Ajam rather the standard of supremacy is piety only. He said seriousness, mannerism and Islamic culture has been inculcated in the Eid festivities and through it has been provided the opportunity of following the Monotheism and purification of the heart. He said actually Eid is for the person who keeps his heart purified, avoids committing sins, remembers the oppressed, have-nots, the poor and the hungry, and condemns oppression, brutality, suppression and terrorism. He said today we are celebrating Eid in such conditions that international colonial powers were surrounding us from all around, Kashmir, Palestine, Afghanistan, Iraq and motherland Pakistan are rained with explosives, humanity is hurt, and oppression and brutality are smiling. Therefore, in these conditions, we should announce our commitment that we will never give up support to the oppressed and have-nots and would continue condemning oppression and brutality. Agha Moosavi said we should keep the saying of the Master of the universe Hazrat Ali Ibne Abi Talib (pbuh) in mind that the Eidul Fitr is only for the one whose fasts have been accepted by Allah and whose Qayam-o-Qaood are seen with respect. He said every day in which Ma’asiyyat of Allah is avoided is the day of Eid. He said when Hazrat Ibrahim (pbuh) emerged unhurt from the fire of Nimrah, it was the day of happiness for his followers; and when Surah Maida was sent on the nation of Hazrat Eisa (pbuh), it was the day of happiness for his followers. Similarly, he added, for Islam that is a complete code of life and covers all sections of life, Eidul Fitr is one of those days that were declared respectable. The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi appealed all countrymen to pray for an end to the problems and difficulties faced by the Islamic World, annexation of Muslim occupied areas, independence of Kashmir and Palestine, integrity, solidarity, restoration of peace of the motherland Pakistan and rooting out terrorism on this festive occasion by bowing down before Almighty Allah. |
