During “Universal Days of Mourning” ideal unity and brotherhood will be demonstrated - Sardar Afzaal Qazalbash

RAWALPINDI, August 20: In accordance with the announcement of the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, arrangements of the programs of “Universal Days of Mourning” from 19^th to 21^st of Ramadan in connection with the martyrdom of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (pbuh) have been finalized. On this occasion programs of Majalis e aza and mourning processions will begin on Saturday throughout the country and worldwide.

On the instruction of the deputy convener of the TNFJ’s committee of the “Universal Days of Mourning” Sardar Afzaal Qazalbash, a meeting was arranged to review the arrangements. While addressing to the meeting Sardar Afzaal Qazalbash said that Hazrat Ali al Murtaza (pbuh), the first successor of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) and rightly guided caliph, possessed such a high personality whose dignity and high status everybody agreed upon. His personality is accepted as center of the unity after the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp) by the Islamic world. On the occasion of his martyrdom anniversary all the schools of thought will pay tributes to him according to their own believes and ideologies.

Sardar Afzaal Qazalbash demanded from the government to ensure law and order situation during “International days of mourning”. He also stressed that media should highlight the pious character of Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (pbuh) because he (pbuh) does not belongs to any specific sect, tribe or region rather according to Imam Shafi, Mola Ali (pbuh) is the Imam of all human beings and Jinns.

He emphasized that the pious life of Hazrat Ali (pbuh) is the best example for all people of the world to follow and love of him is the condition of one’s faith.

In the meeting a resolution was adopted in which target killings and continuous terrorism in Karachi was highly condemned. It was also demanded from the government that instead of offering a lip service, solid actions should be taken to root out this problem. In the resolution it was reminded that those who are destroying the sacredness of the month of Ramadan are not worthy to be called humans; calling them Muslims is far away.

It was stressed in the resolution that colonial agents and its stooges are behind all the bloodshed in Karachi because they are afraid of the Muslim’s spirit of martyrdom. For same reason, they have created mayhem in several Muslim countries and Pakistan is on their hit list. It was made clear in the resolution that the secret of our success lies in association with the teachings of Hazrat Ali (pbuh) and in getting freedom from evil powers. There is a need that we should know who is our friend and who is our foe, because the one who is paralyzing Karachi, paralyzing Pakistan. It was also said in the resolution that if search operation can be carried out in Khyber Pakhtoon Kha then it can also be carried out in Karachi, so that its inhabitant may take a breath of peace and calm.

Meanwhile on Friday after maghribaen, Majalis of Shub e Zarbat of Ameer al Momneen Ali Ibn e Abi Talib (pbuh) were held in Imam Bargahs and Aza Khanaz, where Ulema narrated the sad event of Mola Ali (pbuh) receiving a blow of poisoned sword on his head in the mosque of Kofa while he was praying. It was also said that following the footsteps of Hazrat Ali (pbuh) is a guarantee of salvation in this world and the world hereafter. A majlis e Aza was addressed by Allama Sheikh Ajaz Hussain Mudaris and Allama Waqar Hussain Naqvi at Ali Masjid organized by Dr. Syed Abid Hussain Kazmi. Anjuman e Kanizaan e Imam al ASR Wal Zaman also organized a majlis e aza Shoabe Abi Talib (pbuh) which was addressed by Khatiba Syeda Bint e Mousa Moosavi, Syeda Ibtahaj Zainab and Syeda Khizraan Moosavi.
