Majalis e aza in connection with “International days of mourning” to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (pbuh) will start tonight throughout the country

Instructions have been issued to Mukhtar Force to assist the administration in terms of security arrangements – Major (R) Husnain Kazmi

RAWALPINDI, August 19: The meeting of TNFJ’s committee of “International days of mourning” was conducted on Thursday.  Central office bearers of TNFJ and provincial conveners attended the meeting chaired by Major (R) Husnain Haider Kazmi Convener for the committee.  The arrangements for the mourning gatherings and processions during 19^th - 21^st Ramadan ul Mubarik were reviewed. 

Major Husnain while addressing the participants said that the mourning gatherings will be initiated on the 18^th Ramadan with the gathering of “Shab e Zarbat”.  He said that Mukhtar Force will assist the local administrations throughout Pakistan in terms of security arrangements and the instructions have been made to the Mukhtar Force Officials for this purpose.

He strongly condemned the target killings and terror incidents in Karachi during the holy month of Ramadan and termed it as the activities of the enemies of the state.  He stressed that in order to get rid of the evil of terrorism the ruling and oppositions parties should set their personal and party interests aside and consider the national interests and provide peace and security to the citizens of Pakistan.

He appealed that the initiators of religious gatherings and processions should bear the ground realities and current situation in mind and support the Headquarters of Maktab e Tasheyo by keeping in touch for the arrangements of the mourning gatherings and procession of the martyrdom of Ameer Ul Momneen Ali Ibn Abi Talib (pbuh) in order to cope with the conspiracies of the enemies of the country and Islam, furthermore the masses should also be vigilant to spot any suspicious person or activities.

A resolution adopted in the meeting urged the print and electronic media to give proper coverage to the programs of the martyrdom of Ameer Ul Momneen Ali bin Abi Talib (pbuh) and print special editions of the newspapers in this regard and telecast special transmission for this purpose.
