RAWALPINDI,
August 9: An
important meeting of the TNFJ’s committee of Aalamgheer Youm al
Huzn was held, which was presided over by the central convener
of the committee Allama Basharat Hussain Imami. In the meeting
conveners were nominated throughout the country as well as
worldwide to arrange programs in connection with Aalmgheer Youm
al Huzn on Thursday 10th Ramzan in accordance with
the announcement made by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed
Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi. According to the details issued by the
committee Zulfiqar Ali Raja, Professor Ghulam Abbas Haidery for
Islamabad, Allama Hussain Muqadsi, Akhtar Bukhari for Punjab,
Sardar Tariq Ahmed Jaferi, Mohammad Ali Khan Advocate for
Baluchistan, Allama Waqar Hassan Taqvi, Syed Lutufullah Shah
Lakheyari for Sindh, Mir Abu Ghazanfar, Babar Sohail Kayani for
KPK, Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi, Khwaja Saghir Hussain Jafferi for
Azad Kashmir, Akhund Ghulam Mohammad Ammoni, Moulana Mohammad
Ali Amir for Gilgit Baltistan were nominated as convener and
secretary respectively. Overseas, Dr. S Z Naqvi, Tahiri Shah,
Nasir Abbas Jafferi, Khizar Naqvi and Mukhtar Ali will be
conveners of the committee.
A resolution
adopted in the meeting demanded from the government to announce
a holiday on the 10th Ramzan in connection with
Aalmgheer Youm e Huzn to commemorate the death anniversary of
the mother of the faithful Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (pbuh), and
to ensure law and order is maintained. Print and electronic
media should provide coverage to the programs held in this
connection by issuing special editions and by broadcasting
religious programs. Newspapers should issue a special edition on
the death anniversary of the mother of the faithful Hazrat
Khadija tul Kubra (pbuh) on 10th Ramzan. A resolution
also requested that the public be vigilant, keep a close eye on
trouble makers and refrain from all those matters which damage
the dignity of the religion and Sharia. This will ensure that
the honour of the nation and country may be elevated by failing
every conspiracy of the enemy of humanity.
In another
resolution, the continued long term negative approach of the
editor of Jang Rawalpindi Mr Hanif Khalid and News editor
Maghees Ashraf Baig towards TNFJ was condemned and stated that
this type of regrettable behavior is similar to pushing Shia
school of thought into a corner. In the resolution it was
demanded from the owners of the Jang group to take immediate
notice of the current situation and that instructions should be
issued to provide coverage to TNFJ on the basis of equality.
Allama Raja Basharat Hussain Imami while addressing to the
meeting said that amongst the
womenfolk, the mother of the faithful Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (pbuh)
is such a personality that owing to her strong faith, pious
character and her vast wealth Islam was promoted and gained
strength.
She sacrificed so much in order to uphold humanity and Sharia
but did not let anyone raise a finger against the Holy Prophet (pbuh
& hhp). He said that woman of the world should follow the bright
example of Hazrat Khadija tul Kubra (pbuh) in order to achieve
their rights. |
