To ensure the respect of the Holy Quran the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut), Mukhtar’s example should be followed - Qamar Zaidi Those who spend their lives in love of the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) are considered to be martyred - Address to the Majlis e Tarheem RAWALPINDI, April 25: The information secretary of TNFJ Allama Qamar Haider Zaidi, while addressing the Majlis e Tarheem in remembrance of wife of renowned azadar Syed Imtiaz Hussain Rizvi in Imam bargah Jafariya Muslim town said that those who live their life in love of the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut), when pass away from this world to the eternal one are considered as martyrs. Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi said that according to the Holy Quran there is no compulsion in the religion, which shows that religion is nothing but patience. He said that in the Holy Quran the difference between guidance and falsehood has been clearly defined and those who say no to evil and have faith in Almighty Allah, hold on to a strong rope which will never break or allow you to go astray Syed Qamar Zaidi said that the Holy Prophet (pbuh) has left a will for his nation in the tradition of Saqlain, “I am leaving with you two equally important things- the Holy Quran and my infallible household; if you remain connected with them then will never go astray”. He said that one end of the Allah’s rope is the Holy Quran and other is the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) and one can never be successful in this world or the hereafter without following both. He said that the Holy Quran and the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) are interlinked and are equally important. He expressed his grief that the Holy Quran has been disrespected either by raising it on spears or by burning it, which still continues. Similarly the heads of the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) were also raised on spears and history also witnessed that in the Karbala, after the martyrdom of Imam Hussain (pbuh), the tents of the household of the Holy Prophet (pbut) were set alight, but the Holy Quran is still praising the glory of the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut). Similarly, the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) also proved that they cannot be separated from each other by reciting the Holy Quran on the spearheads. He said that Terry Jones and his companions, in showing their disrespect to the Holy Quran, the Holy Prophet (pbuh), the pious companions and the family of the Holy Prophet (pbuh & hhp), can do nothing to decrease the grace of the Holy Quran and the heroes of Islam; rather they show their own evil nature. Syed Qamar Zaidi reminded those present that to ensure the respect of the Holy Quran, the pious family of the Holy Prophet (pbut) and the signs attributed to Almighty Allah, we need to practically follow the pious character of Imam Hussain (pbuh) as followed by Mukhtar (ar) which is the only way to fail the conspiracies of the evil powers. To conclude the Majlis Markazi Matami Dasta recited Noha and performed matamdari and collective prayers were offered for the departed soul. |
