For the establishment of durable peace, implementation of Anti-terrorism Act is necessarily important

The immoral silence of international Organizations over the destruction of Mosques, Imam Bargahs and Shrines, and the massacre of innocent people in Bahrain, expresses their double standards and hypocritical nature

Those who are protecting the American interest, their turn is yet to come - Sermons of Ullama to the Jumma congregational prayers

RAWALPINDI, April 23: To establish a durable peace and to eradicate the evil of terrorism, instead of lip service solid actions must be taken and Anti-terrorism Act must be implemented in its true sense. These thoughts were expressed by Ullamas in the Jumma congregational prayer sermons.

President of TNFJ council Punjab, Hujjat ul Islam Syed Hussain Muqadsi, while delivering sermon of Jumma prayer at Jammia Masjid Ahlebait; Wah Cantt, said that government should take strict measures against all the banned groups. He further explained that members of banned organizations are carrying out their activities using new identities and the government and opposition are allowing them to participate while media is covering their activities. He said that the government and politicians are only interested in increasing their vote and have no care for the public. He expressed with great grief and anxiety that citizens were already fed up with the curse of terrorism; the set up of national conciliatory government doubled their anxiety since it serves only to safeguard their own intersts and, according to the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Hamid Ali Moosavi, is an introduction of American brand democracy and a provision for securing imperialistic interest

Allama Muqadasi highly condemned the events of target killing in Quetta and Karachi and expressed deep anxiety for the non-availability of sufficient medical treatment to the injured and non co-operation to their families by the government. He said that it is the responsibility of the government to provide medical facilities to the injured and look after of the bereaved family. He said that countless patients still lay in the hospitals on heaven’s mercy and no one is taking care of them.

He said that the root cause of terrorism is the international imperialistic powers and their agents. People should be vigilant and condemn all kinds of oppression and wrong doings.

On this occasion, a resolution was adopted in which destruction of Mosques, Imam Bargahs, and shrines and the massacre of innocent people by the stooges of America was highly condemned and the silence of UNO, OIC and Arab League over this shameful act was termed as double standards and great hypocrisy. It was also mentioned in the resolution that the leaders of Libya, Bahrain and Tunis, who are protecting American interests, have yet to see the horrible consequences of their actions.

Allama Sadiqi in Jamia Masjid Jafariya I-9 Islamabad, Allama Mohsin Ali Hamdani at Qasre Abu Talib Rawalpindi, Syed Matloob Hussain Taqi at Jamia Masjid Sakhi Shah Peyara Choar Harpal, Allama Basharat Hussain Imami at Jamia Masjid Khadija tul Kubra at Tarlai Kalan and Allama Fakhar Abbas Abidi also addressed during Jumma Prayers
