The pious character of Hazrat Fatima Zahra (pbuh) is a role model of the women of the world

The issue of target killing in Karachi is a matter of concern for the whole nation while ignoring the issue of drone attacks in the Frontier region is deemed to be due to cowardice of the rulers – Address of Syeda Bint Moosa Moosavi to the Majlis of Azmat e Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad (pbut)

RAWALPINDI, April 18: The programs of “Hafta e Azmat e Muhammad O Aal e Muhammad (pbut)” - announced by the Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi – continued throughout the country.  In this respect various religious organisations organised Majalis e Fatmia (pbuh), here on Sunday.

Anjuman e Kaneezan e Imam ul Asr Waz Zaman (pbuh) organised a mourning gathering at Shoab e Abi Talib (pbuh), where, Khateeba Syeda Bint e Moosa Moosavi, while addressing the gathering said that, the respect, honour and rights given to women by religion of Islam cannot be found in any other religion or society.

She said that all the honourable societies and countries are preserving their monuments, but it is a matter of great concern and sorrow that the holy shrine of Khatoon e Jannat, Hazrat Fatima Zahra (pbuh) was demolished by the Saudi dictators.  She said that the whole universe is indebted to Hazrat Fatima (pbuh) and all the movements for human rights and against oppression, is the proof of the divine teachings of Hazrat Fatima (pbuh) against oppression.  She said that Hazrat Fatima (pbuh), as the life partner of Ameer ul Momneen Hazrat Ali Ibn Abi Talib (pbuh) showed the best of female character even in the presence of all kind of worldly difficulties and destitution, of which the female community is proud to date.

She said that Imam Hassan, Imam Hussain, Hazrat Zainab and Hazrat Kulsoom (pbut) became the guarantee of preservation of Islam in its true spirit, due to being brought up in the lap of Hazrat Fatima (pbuh).  She said that throughout the world the movements against oppression and injustice are being run by those who are brought up in the laps of those pious mothers who learned the lesson of honour and respect from Hazrat Fatima (pbuh) and took the character of Hazrat Fatima (pbuh) as a role model.

On this occasion a resolution was adopted condemning the target killing in Karachi and Drone attacks in the frontier region of Pakistan.  The issue of target killing in Karachi was termed as a matter of concern for the whole nation while ignoring the issue of drone attacks in the Frontier region was deemed to be due to cowardice of the rulers and was termed as the attacks on the sovereignty of Pakistan.

Majlis e Aza initiated by Zawar Syed Tasaduq Hussain Hamdani (late) in Chontra, Rawalpindi was observed at the local Imam Bargah.  Syed Qamar Haider Zaidi, spokesman for TNFJ, while addressing the mourning gathering said that Hazrat Fatima (pbuh) is the only pious lady in the whole of universe that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh & hhp) would stand up to greet and seat in His own place.  He said that this attitude to honour her shows that Hazrat Fatima is the Leader of the women of both this world and hereafter, and her pious character is a role model for all women.

Syed Zulfiqar Haider Naqvi, Allama Mohsin Hamdani, Zakir Riaz Hussain Qumi, Syed Naseer Hussain Sabzwari and others also addressed the gathering.  In the meantime a mourning procession was carried out from the residence of Zawar Syed Tasaduq Hussain Shah.  The procession went through the traditional route and concluded at the Imam Bargah.

Mufti Basim Abbas Zahiri, while addressing a gathering organised by Hayeat e Tulbae Islamia at Ali Hall Rawalpindi, said that the pious character of Hazrat Fatima (pbuh) is a role model and beacon of light for the female community throughout the world.

Another Majlis e Fatimia (pbuh) was organised at Mosque and Imam Bargah e Ehl e Bait (pbut) Mojeza Gah Wah Cantt.  Allam Syed Hussain Muqaddisi and others addressed the gathering.

TNFJ Local Council Ghareeb Abad, Women Wing organised a Majlis e Fatimia (pbuh) at Imam Bargah Qasr e Rubab (pbuh), various lady speakers addressed the gathering.
