Silence on the disgrace of Quran by Tarry Jones is providing strength to evil powers;Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad’s week started today; Government should ensure law and order -  Bu Ali Mehdi’s Address to the Meeting

RAWALPINDI, April 12: An important meeting of “Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad’s week” committee was held in which all members participated and was presided by the Convener of the Committee Bu Ali Mehdi. In this meeting the programs of the week,  from 8^th to 15^th of Jamadi ul Awwal as announced by Quaid e Millat e Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi, were discussed. While addressing the meeting Bu Ali Mehdi said that pious personalities of the religion are not related to any particular school of thought, rather they are respected and loved by the whole of humanity. He said that Imam Zain ul Abidin (PBUH) is one of the great personalities of the pious race whose devotion and prestigious work is a golden chapter of history and is worth learning for coming generations. Therefore to save mankind, making the world a peaceful place, to fail the aims of evil powers and to make Pakistan a progressive and prosperous country, the pious character of Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad (pbut) should be followed. He appealed all school of thoughts to arrange gatherings during the week of Azmat e Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad in order to condemn cruelty and make promises to help the betrayed people. Deputy convener of committee Prof Ghulam Abbas Haidery while addressing the meeting said that government should take solid steps to ensure law and order during the said week. The attendees of the meeting also presented their reports. 

In the meeting conveners for within and outside the country were nominated to organize the programmes of Hafta e Azmat e Mohammad O Aal e Mohammad. As per details Allama Basharat Imami & Raja Zulfaqar Ali for Islamabad, Allama Hussain Muqadasi & Zamir Javaid Advocate for Punjab, Mir Abu Ghazanfar & Sardar Afzaal Ali Qazalbash for KPK, Sardar Tariq Ahmad Jaffery & Mehdi Hazarvi for Balochistan, Allama Waqar Hassan Taqvi & Badar Ali Tirmazi for Sindh, Syed Riaz Hussain Kazmi & Imran Ali Sabzwari for AJK, Akhond Ghulam Mohammad Amoni & Agha Ali Moosvi Sinkandarabadi for Gilgit Baltistan were announced as conveners and secretaries respectively

Overseas, Tahiri Shah was nominated for USA, Nasir Abbas, S Z Naqvi and M I Saeedi for UK, Rehmat Ali Shah for France, Mehdi Arsmandi for Chile, Khizar Naqvi for South Korea and Mukhtar Ali for UAE

In the meeting a resolution was passed in which it was said that the silence of Muslim rulers and UNO on the disgrace of the Holy Quran  shows disrespect to all religions and is akin to supporting the evil powers. It is also said that had Terry Jones was properly punished then he would not have dared to continue to speak ill about Islam. In another resolution it was said that to avoid terrorism and to stop Drone attacks in sensitive border areas of Pakistan a clear policy should be made and solid steps should also be taken.
