RAWALPINDI, May 21: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that giving all Makatib and provinces their rights on the basis of equality is a must to stop target killings, terrorism and suicide attacks going on for long, and for restoration of durable peace in the country. This was stated by him while addressing a special function held at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih in connection with “Youm-e-Muahida May 21, 1985”. He said the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had achieved this country on the basis of Nazria-e-Asaasi, therefore it is obligatory for the powers that be to honour the principles of Quaid-i-Azam and Allama Iqbal. He said the basic target of the Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was to enforce such a system in which every Pakistani can enjoy his/her rights on the basis of equality under the norms of justice and fair-play rather recognize their equal status in society. Unfortunately, owing to early demise of Quaid-i-Azam, Pakistan landed into the hands of such forces that neither accepted it from the core of their heart nor they had played any part in its creation, he added.

Agha Moosavi made it clear that under the Article 2 of the consensus 1973 Constitution, Islam is the official religion of Pakistan in the sub-article 227 of which it has been stated that explanation of Quran and Sunnah would be honoured that is accepted by the respective fiqh. He said when the democracy was shattered and a tyrant ruler announced to turn Pakistan into a Maktabi State, violating the Nazria-e-Asaasi openly, the Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya took over the Pakistan Secretariat for the restoration of Nazria-e-Asaasi and later courted arrest of 14,000 followers while Safdar Ali Naqvi and Ashraf Ali Rizvi kissed Shahadat during the process to thwart the conspiracy of the international chief of terrorists. As a result, he added, Pakistan could not be turned into a Maktabi and lingual State rather, by the Grace of God, it is Islamic Demoratic Republic of Pakistan. He said the seeds of biases were sowed during the worst martial law in Zia era and the nation is reaping its ‘fruit’ today. The ‘Hathora Group’ menace later turned into terrorism and suicide attacks. He said every Pakistan is under the obligation today to condemn all types of biases and express hatred against the same.

The TNFJ chief said that it is the honour of Tehreek Nafaz Fiqh-e-Jafariya that it had rejected the controversial Shariat Bill in Zia era and then rejected the controversial Justice Regulation System passed by the National Assembly in a hurry and would not accept any Bill or law in future that is contrary to the Constitution of Pakistan. He said the international colonial powers and Zionists, known for their expansionist designs, made it their hobby to make the life of Muslims miserable; desecrate Quran, Rasool (SAAW), Mashaheer-e-Islam and Sha’air-e-Islami, that is an open challenge to the honour and dignity of the Muslim Ummah. Therefore, he added, fixing those who commit blasphemy is obligatory for the Islamic States. He said holy with the blood of Kashmiri and Palestinian Muslims is being played for more than half a century, Afghanistan and Iraq have been destructed while Pakistan is being considered a danger. In this situation, he added, it is obligatory for the patriotic and peace-loving people to feel their responsibilities and adopt joint and courageous policies so as to save religion, Shariat, and oppressed nations; promote unity and brotherhood of the Muslim Ummah; achieve welfare of the humanity; consider those as their enemy who are creating rift amongst Makatib, Masalik and States; and give priority to mutual understanding and brotherhood over all other matters.

The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi reiterated his resolve not to bargain on the demands of the Maktab-e-Tashih under the May 21, 1985 viz. Azadari-e-Imam Mazloom (A.S.) and their rights nor would allow anyone else to do so.
