RAWALPINDI, April 13: The Quaid-i-Millat Jafariya Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosavi has said that all regions should be given the status of provinces to stop the possible crises and political bickering creeping after the reaction in Hazara. It would not only root out biases but would also resolve the problems faced by all sections of society putting Pakistan on road to progress and to thwart every conspiracy and mischief of enemies of Pakistan. This was stated by him while delivering special address at the Mehfil of Hafta Ehteram-e-Marja’aiyyat here at the headquarters of the Maktab-e-Tashih on Wednesday. He said the Fuqaha, renowned Ulema, and Mara’aja Azzam always played a great role in dissemination of religion, Shariat and in restoration of justice and fair-play that is a bright example for the world of religion and Shariat. He said the Quran and Sunnat are supreme source of religious commandments and fortunately Pakistan’s Asaasi and basic ideology is Islam. He said more than half a dozen constitutions were made after creation of Pakistan but they could not function well and ultimately the unanimous 1973 Constitution was formulated under the Article 2 of which Islam is the official religion of Pakistan.

            Agha Moosavi lamented that tyranny-loving rulers deshaped the 1973 Constitution by bringing amendment after amendment because every ruler whether in khaki or white tried to make the Constitution under their control. He said now in the 18^th Amendment, the government and the opposition have given priority just to their own interests contrary to the requirement of making the same public before its formal approval from the National Assembly because the government was well aware that a big power is also there outside the assemblies. He demanded from the government to make independent enquiry into the incident taken place in Abbottabad and remove the reservations of all sections of society including lawyers, judiciary, all recognized schools of thought and even the minorities. He expressed his concern that the recent government steps have opened Pandora’s Box that is actually aimed at diverting the attention from real issues like unemployment, immodesty, price hike, nudity, and obscenity. The menace of load-shedding has turned the country into darkness, he added.

            The TNFJ chief said Allah Has sent Anbia for the guidance of the human being and laced them with books. Quran Majeed was sent on Rasool-e-Akram (SAAW) which is the greatest source of guidance for the whole humanity, he said and added that Rasool (SAAW) left two invaluable things for the whole humanity i.e. Quran and Ahle Bait and giving commandment to remain attached with them gave guarantee in Hadees-e-Saqlain that they would not be misled if they attached themselves with them, these two would never separate from each other unless they reach him (SAAW) at Hoz-e-Kausar. Therefore, he said, it proved that it is a must that like Quran, it is necessary for a person from Ahle Bait (A.S.) to remain in this world and the Imam (A.S.) of this era is Hazrat Hojjat Al-Asr (A.S.) who is awaited by the whole universe. He said the job of preaching of religion and Shariat during his Ghaibat was performed by Nawab Arba’a.
